5 stars! I've been a customer here since 2015. Although they have a branch in Tarzana, I prefer this location because Janet and Juan are always incredibly helpful. I highly recommend their services. Remember, don't accept the first quote—persist and negotiate to secure a better rate.

I'm not sure what has happened to this location but so far I've left 3 messages already for a return phone call in addition to just randomly calling throughout the day with no answer or return call. Maybe it's time to find a new insurance place that actually wants my business.
