Staff ordered Protection360 insurance without asking us for our new phones. Only found out when the phones shipped and received text messages. I immediately go to another store to get them removed. The store manager Brain did helped us before, but some of the other staff are not trustworthy or at least not well trained.

If I could give this location 0 stars I would. Came a year ago and received poor customer service when buying a new phone, but decided to give them a second chance. Asked for a phone model and was told it was back ordered, asked for a different model and was told they were all back ordered everywhere until mid-January. If that's the case, how did we find the same phone model we asked for at another T-Mobile location?

They were closed before there time posted and employee just screamed from inside instead of walking to the door and talking to me he just stated their closed because they gonna leave early

I called this morning 8/20/22 at 10:04 am & talked with Kevin, a worker at the Rosemead branch. I asked him about my cost when texting or calling when traveling to Lisbon, Portugal & Barcelona, Spain starting the end of August 2022. He said I had to come in his office & showed my ID before he could let me know that information even though I had already informed him that I have been a T mobil customer. It took me half an hour to go to his office, back & forth. However, when I showed in person at his office, I found out that he was lying to me since he has never asked for my ID. He just probably a new employee & was not knowledgeable to give me the correct answers so he kept asking other people especially his manager Frank. Unfortunately, Frank was busy with other customers so that I had to wait like 20 minutes to get my answers. I wondered why Kevin didn’t ask me to wait for his return call after he checked with his manager. That would save me the time to drive to his office & still had to wait for the information I needed. All of them were not very courteous or professional either!

Carefully check your monthly billing details, beware of malicious theft of your expenses! Especially friends who don't understand English, shops without credit, steal your money like a thief!

I want to thank the employee that worked tonight he took his time to help me set up my new phone with transfer from my old phone he was patient made sure everything was in order before I left, as other customers arrived I could tell he was going above and beyond to help with their situation, I'm glad I went to this location for assistance yes I recommend this location to any one. Good people make a difference especially during these times. Thank You

I recently switched to T-Mobile. The staff here introduced me a promotion with wrong information. Instead of lower price on the device, they said it's free, and I end up with extra fee on my bill.

They opened the store at 10:30 a.m and when I walked in they said its opened till 11 a.m. this place rips you off horribly. Horrible.

Went inside to add a line to my plan but keep the phone number that I am trying to add. From sprint (since T-Mobile bought sprint) I didn’t think it would be a huge problem. After talking with Joe he tells us to call customer support. When we finally are at the place to get this going Joe is talking to his friends not coming back to help with our situation, since he was the one that was helping our case. He tells Coco to help us and we had to explain what we wanted, what trouble we hit and explain what amazing Fernando (customer service) was saying to us. Talking to her it was like talking to a deer in the headlights. Finally we are told by Fernando this store does not have the capability to do what we want.So after an hour and a half and Joe just hanging out, with his smoking friends and walking in and out of the store, he did not come to us and check up on the situation and Coco not understanding the situation we left for another T mobile store.Again we put our names down on the list to be helped and the gentleman says what we want it too difficult. I automatically started calling customer service as we waiting our turn. Lucas was amazing and works with Fernando as well and because of their expertise they were able to communicate to a knowledgeable lady at this second store and find a solution.This location rating is completely wrong, worst experience of the five years of having my plan. The customer service SUCKS. Unprofessional, lack of help and knowledge on what they are doing. Also their friends blocking the doorway smoking and let that smell hit everyone coming in and smell in the store is disgusting.*Edit* Thanks for your response Coco but it was a waste of time, that did nothing. Your focus on defending your coworker “he doesn’t even know how” pathetic. THIS ESTABLISHMENT IS CLOSED NOW. Hmm wonder why. ?
