There was a gentleman working here fixing a light I asked him for help. He could have easily made money off me because I don't know anything and I trust people so easily that are in the industry. Im just learning about nails. I went asked for a gelish brand stand lamp. He told me that brand breaks often showed me another that was cheaper but better. This man took his time to explain the difference in the cuticle cutters to teach me so I am aware of the differences. Most genuine person. Any questions I had the whole team was so kind to me and helped. I LOVE this place so much best customer service I have ever received. Will definitely be going back

First time. After going to Nailis Nail supply were the workers were staring me down, I'm glad everyone here is kind. They greeted me as soon as I walked in. I will be going back for more goodies for sure!!! Def check them out

Will glare at you the second you come. Stand in front of the door and watch every item it looks like you will touch. If you move toward a different aisle they will follow you . Weird ambiance here.

I have been going there for 10years, spent thousands of dollars there, nit anymore, bought drills for the nails machine, one of them is not working, too big for the machine, not my problem, they completely ignored me, can't change it, honestly it's only $7, not big deal....but, it hurts, I have been their clients for a long time... im going to Amazon from now on.. sadly you want to support local business, and convenient for me as well...but..no more

I love this store. I went last weekend to buy a combo gel/ lacquer set and walked out with a few plus some, there were so many choices. I'm going back today for more. The shop is clean and I felt like the workers were helpful and kind. Any question I had, the employees answered even if what I was trying to explain didn't make sense they knew what I was talking about, they were knowledgeable, they knew where everything was so I wasn't left guessing. I also loved that they weren't rushing me to purchase.

Had a lot of options for both nail art charms and nail polishes. If you are familiar with OPTimus, OPI, Ellie, Apres, Kiara Sky, and Young Nails, they have the majority of those catalogues.

They have lots and lots of products that cater more toward the walk in nail salons. Lots to look at but no one that offers you help or greet. I am a nail pro and I rather take my money else where, seems like they only want to help selective customers and when the man told a lady to ring me up (after waiting and asking to be rung up) she had the worst attitude and face as if she didn't want to help me (mind u they were all standing around). The shopping experience is uncomfortable/unwelcoming and so is the parking. Also there are so many cameras inside it's crazy.

This is the 2nd nail supply store I visited in hopes of finding more Presto and Vetro products. I think in terms of those two, the selection is slim. I wouldn't make this place a go to for either. They only carry Vetro's Gold Line, so there are no pods or Black Line, unfortunately. The gold line however is cheaper than anywhere else I've seen it, for $6 per set. The selection is a bit lacking, but that's at the sale price that Vetro has online sometimes. I can't remember exactly how much each of the Presto bottles cost, but I do recall not looking through because it was pricey. It's also in the same aisle as the discount stuff, so there's a lot of people blocking the way. Since I went specifically for Vetro and Presto, I didn't get what I wanted, but I picked up some silicone cuticle pushers and some holo heart foils. I don't think either was cheap but it was ok for the price. There's a good selection of gels from other brands, and the thing I liked about this place was that they sw atched everything. If you're not picky about the brands you use, I think you can probably find whatever you need here.
