“Immediately when I walked in I was acknowledged with a friendly greeting. The cash register personnel was very pleasant. As I walked the aisles I was asked if I needed any help finding anything. The person who helped was very knowledge about their merchandise to the size of the shoes and model. I found may type of shoes that I liked and had to buy 4 pairs on this trip. It was easily to find what I wanted and plenty of room to sitting around. As I approached the cashier, I was offered some discounts that were going on and I got to save money, which is a plus in my books. I would deeply and happily recommend this store not only for the prices and qualify of style shoes, but because the helped and customer service was spot on. And they offered popcorn to boot. I was sold with plenty of selection to chose from, savings, and customer care. Thank you everyone that assisted me at this excellent store! The experience was wonderful and beyond my expectations!”

“My husband needed clothes for my mother's funeral, and from the minute we walked in we got excellent customer service, and we're given condolences at multiple moments. My husband was able to get his entire outfit, but it cost a little more than we had available at the time. They did what they could up to paying the last couple of dollars for me. “I organized a holiday fun activity for my work team and it was the BEST ACTIVITY EVER. Everyone enjoyed it, our instructors were fantastic- great attitude, kind, super helpful, and patient. Even my teammates who were nervous about having to do a hands-on creative activity loved the process and made their shoes their own. We were there for 5hrs but the time flew by! Excited to do this workshop again and bring new folks and a different pair of all white sneakers to customize.”

Alexis even suggested inserts for the ultimate comfort and boy was she right. Her suggestion to get a cleaning kit also came with a detailed explanation of how to clean and care for the boots which I really appreciate. Red Wing brand is a high quality product. My experience at this location was amazing.”

“There's many stores that will have you stand on their machine to measure your feet to guide you to a more proper fit. And I've found this very helpful to me. However my wife has more issues with her feet than simple arch issues. And that's why you go to this store. We worked with Dan for over an hour. He could tell from looking what my wife's issues were, why she had them, and what to do. Things only experience and desire to help people in distress can give. They do not have an extensive showroom but what they have is attractive. Besides, you are there for much more than simple style. But they do have style. I recommend this business to everyone who has issues with finding shoes that work for them.”
“Cesar is absolutely the most talented person you could find when it comes to building up shoes! I need an almost 2" buildup on my left shoe - have been for the past 5 1/2 decades - in Europe and all over the US. Before finding Cesar, my shoes had to be leather soles or absolutely flat rubber - that's no longer a factor! Cesar is able to build up any kind of shoe - which means I don't have to wear expensive and/or ugly shoes any longer. And, I have to add, not only is Cesar technically the best ever, but he is also so very kind, listens, responds and provides the greatest service ever!”
