“first time renting a uhaul. i found this location on uhaul website. I been driving through valley blvd for decades and didn't notice a uhaul until i needed to move a ton of gym equipment. decided to select this location since its smack right in the middle, and there is parking on the street on sunday at 7am for me to drop of my car and use the uhaul.the staff at that time was KJ (kaitlyn johnson). she was there right at the opening time, and allowed me access into the compound. she check me in and was friendly for being at 7am. she showed me the van, and the other contractual stuff, and i was off.The van almost seemed untouch. it still had almost a new car smell still lingerly, it was easy to drive, and loaded 4x8 plywood easly. you could build a damm house with the van.i'll come back here next time when i have more stuff to move.”

“Had a problem with my unit here and talked to Jerry about it.He immediately went out to my unit and inspected and fixed the problem, I also asked that if I needed to upgrade, what did he have available and showed me slightly bigger unit and closer to the entrance. He is very courteous and friendly and it was a pleasure doing business with him”

“Thank you to manager, Cesar, who called and turned my horrible experience around. After being accused of damaging the van I rented, Cesar, returned from vacation to learn about the situation. He took the time to review the history on the vehicle and discovered that the damage in question was pre-existing. He made it clear to me that he and U-Haul as a company value their customers and work to earn long-time, repeat, customers. He apologized for how the situation was handled and for the stress it caused me. I appreciate his effort to make it right. The value of that cannot be overstated.”

“This location started as storage etc. but Storquest took over. I am happy they kept the original manager. He is very helpful and honest. The only drawback. There absolutely no lighting in the storage area at all. I had to buy a battery ran Lantern. He sold me a unit way far in the back. It is scary if you go alone. but so far my fee has only increased a bit. since I rented my 5x5 unit 2 years ago. Overall, I like the service and the cleanliness of the entire place.”
