Absolutely authentic! As a Nanjinger I can say it’s definitely tasted like my hometown local restaurants

their prices are better and affordable than VCA prices. I compared here to san gabrjel VCA and we'll I truly feel lile the doctor DOES HIS JOB! During the check Ups he's very professional and not afraid of my aggressive dog. He genuinely checks my dogs body during the check up. unlike others vets they just pet my dog and say good boy and not really check. But rosemeads doctors actually check what's wrong or unhealthy. Medication they give me a good amount for reasonable prices and give my dog just what he needs unlike the other san gabriel vca. (that vet always offers a bunch of medications and random ointments that I've unfortunately bought and he didn't need) Meanwhile here I spend around 250 for 2 dogs, including medication, check up, and SHOTS. San gabriel vca charged me almost 700 just for a check up and medication. I'm always coming back here when I try a different vet because they genuinely care for my pet, and my pockets.

Great service, great people, good doc, they were very helpful in getting some money from Animal Care and Control because my cat had a necessary surgery to have his teeth removed, yeah, I was stressed out about it and they were helpful

I had a semi feral cat (Tiger) that was sick and I wasn’t sure what Dr. Liu could do for him since I didn’t know if he ingested something bad or just what was wrong. Nor did I know how he would examine him since Tiger has never let me come close to him. When I brought Tiger in as a walk in Liv (vet tech) was exceptional. She used black thick gloves at first to handle him but he was calm enough so she handled him without gloves. She wasn’t scared nor did she mind the fleas on him! I’ve been trying to give him an oral flea medicine but was not successful yet. Long story short: the vet techs got his weight, temp and heart rate! Then, Dr. Liu was able to examine him and did not add on a bunch of tests which would had cost so much more. He told me what he could do (antibiotics and anti-inflammatory medications) then if he didn’t get better to do blood work next time. I was so grateful. Extremely grateful that they took care of him even if he’s a feral cat. It took me 1.5 days to trap Tiger to take him to the vet. Good veterinarian that doesn’t trick you like others I’ve been to. They even applied the flea medicine I brought. I’m grateful.

Nice staff but I felt my appt. Was rushed, as if they wanted ro limit my interaction with the vet to 5-10 minutes. Good follow through on getting amswers to lab results by receptionist. Still, face time with the vet should not feel that past 5 minutes I was taking up their time. Tjats why I liked the vets at ASPC in Monrovia in Duarte better but they were booked solid. Vets there had more compassion amd face time with clients.

You pay for what you get. I've been bringing my dogs here for 2 years now under the recommendation from a friend, but I'll no longer come here. While the prices are on the lower end, you can also expect to receive lower end service. They are constantly busy, appointments are hard to get and there's only one vet in the entire office. He rushes through visits and doesn't really care about your pet. He shows no compassion, emotion, or concern for the animals. He actually gives off the feeling that he is way over stressed and hates his job. His front staff is the same. My dog has been taking medication for over 10 years and every vet I've been to in the past has been very strict about getting blood work. There is only a 4-6 hour window after taking the medication that the dog can get have blood drawn. I've mentioned this a few times to their staff, but they never seem to know what's going on and the dr doesn't seem to care either. The front staff is very unknowledgeable and the dr doesn't have the time. I'd recommend to pay just a little more if you can afford it and go somewhere where they actually care about your animal. The office is old, small, and the parking sucks. I won't be coming back.

The staff are all very friendly. The vet is professional. The price is very reasonable. I requested for another microchip for my dog to avoid monthly payment. I was told I didn't have to chip him again and I was provided a website to register the existing chip to avoid monthly fee. They could easily charge me for another $37 , but they didn't. Seems like they won't recommend unnecessary treatments. And the vet did a very detailed head to tail assessment too. Will come back.

Bad experience, our cat went there for two times and we don't think the doctor is knowledgeable enough.

The staff was very friendly and professional. Check in process was smooth and easy. Charges were clearly stated and pricing was more than reasonable. I felt the doctor gave me a honest assessment of my Dog (Un Un) He was very caring and loving to my Un Un. Thank you for everything!
