!Talks big but doesn't deliver!I came here and spoke to the boss (Bill) prior to my decision to tow my car here. He wasted about 1 hour bragging about his skills, how his rates are reasonable, how qualified he is... Please do not fall for that as I did but the context was I urgently needed to get the car out of storage.Lo and behold, I tow the car there and the next day he tells me that he can't fix the car. He does not have the ability to work on aluminum and the car is "too much work". The reality is that he just did not have the skill to fix my car. Why could he have just denied working on the car when I showed him pictures or rejected the tow before they dropped the car off? A big waste of time with a sour taste in my mouth.Service: Body & Trim

I used this shop back in 2019 through the other party's insurance. I had damage on bumper and quarter panel. When I got the car back, I noticed there's over spray bottom of the quarter panel and paint was not even smooth. I was given cutting compound (polish) and a cloth to polish it myself when I get home (?) I was going to let it slide. Now I had another shop took off the bumper. Quarter panel was not properly repaired by them. Bumper was not supposed to fit with the damage. I was told the bumper was held together by screws. Now I have to cover the damage myself or go though insurance again. DO NOT GO. DO NOT GO.Service: Painting
