“The pharmacists and staff here really follow through for their patients, even around the holidays / New Years!! I have a prescription with special instructions that has been troublesome. They are on top of figuring out how to get the prescription corrected by reaching out to my doctor's office and my insurance over the holidays, calling me with updates even on New Years Day, and getting my prescription properly filled in time on the day when my med would otherwise run out! All this is done by the CVS pharmacists team behind the scene, they would leave notes for other pharmacists on duty the next day to follow up if they are not working the next day. Dealing with different parties in the healthcare system can be daunting sometimes, and it's wonderful that the pharmacists here are your advocates to get the meds you need.”

“Good service, but sometimes bad. A cashier register lady named Rosa (works sometimes) always refuses to accept certain coupons when purchasing exact items. She also had a bad and rude attitude every time. Also, their parking is always packed every Thursdays. Even though, there were sometimes homeless people outside as well. Like this one Vietnamese lady always sits outside the parking lot, panhandling every evenings (sometimes mornings and noon like afternoon). As well as this one guy always stand outside the front door, panhandling every now and then. Managers and employees never really do anything to them at all.”

“My family has been going to this pharmacy for years! They are super kind, helpful, and patient. We've had the option to switch over to pharmacies closer to our place, but keep on coming back here despite the drive”

“so is every CVS the same??? NOPE!! not a lot of people here and help is limited but that's a CVS staffing issue. as for the employees they do have, they are SUPER helpful and courteous!! i called for a vaccine as I was having issues making the appointment online for this location, and Maria in pharmacy was SUPER helpful, friendly, and professional! I didn't get the name of the Asian lady in pharmacy who administered the covid vaccine, but she was super nice and professional as well. but they are all great! honestly this CVS is underrated and has one of the best service for any CVS around. I'll drive over a half hour just to get better service here than the local CVS down the street from my house. thank u for the rare great cvs customer service!!!”

“Multiple times since my old Rite-Aid shut down and I was transferred to the Rosemead branch I've had issues. Not BIG issues. Just enough to make me sigh in a bit of exasperation and smh. I'm grateful that Maria and Raymond made it over to the other branch. And while they are both absolutely AMAZING, my review today is in regards to pharmacy tech Wendy.Backstory: I went in last week to get my scripts and was told I had a balance due. Not having had to previously pay, I was confused and asked for confirmation. My only response? "That's what the computer says." That's it. She walked away.Today, I called my insurance company and was told I shouldn't be paying anything. Thinking I had all the needed details, and armed with this new information, I went back. This time I spoke with Wendy. She patiently walked me through all aspects of the situation step by step, and made sure I had no unanswered questions. Totally cool...totally professional. And her knowledge and demeanor were totally appreciated. Would have thrown up 5 stars but I'm still off put by the indifference of "that's what the computer says." and walking away. I mean I still have to pay, but the knowing WHY makes all the difference. Good customer service shouldn't be the exception, but the rule, imo.Kudos to Wendy, Maria, and Raymond. Thank you!!!!”

“I have always been skeptical going to a small local pharmacy, but I decided to try this pharmacy because it's closer to where I live. My son has ADHD and his medication is sometimes difficult to fill. The staffs here are very nice and attentive. They do try to go out of their way to make sure my son gets his prescription on time. The only reason I give them 4 stars is because they do not open on Sunday. However, they do open on Saturday. Well, I guess I will need to make sure I have enough to not running out on the weekends. Overall, I would recommend if you need more attention with your prescription's need.”
