I am sharing an experience my girlfriend had with Amber S., a CS rep from Panda's corporate customer service department. There was an issue of Panda's incentive coupons not being accepted at a particular location, and Amber went the extra miles to ensure customer satisfaction by demonstrating genuine care, attentiveness, knowledge, and follow-up over several emails. Amber was friendly, respectful, and a real pleasure to deal with and she replaced the rejected discount coupon with two and also a birthday gift. Who can beat that? We are both very happy with Panda's delicious meals, great service and the coupons are a special treat!

Carson Mall location for the most part disappointed with service( old man he claimed he was a management had black shirt on ) ignored me and but a white customer walked up he was a hello can i help you to the white customer) but i was there first went to speak management first a lady was very attentive and concerned about my concern when a older man claimed he was a management excused the and "pushed "her off and acted dismissive and rude and acted it was wrong and told me what want me to do about it

I want to say to the management of Panda Express, the rice in your store is really bad. If you don’t know how to steam rice, you can train it first. It is hard and unpalatable. You always use the taste of Lao Mei as an excuse. Lao Mei I also like softer rice.

IF A CUSTOMER PURCHASES TERIYAKI CHICKEN THEY SHOULD BE GIVEN TERIYAKI SAUCE OR AT LEAST BE ASKED IF TERIYAKI SAUCE IS NEEDED STOP BEING SO CHEAP TO CUSTOMERS!!!

I asked for a bowl of fried rice and walnut shrimp. They charged extra for the shrimp, which was fine but they didn’t make the order correct. The person taking my order had an attitude when I asked if they have anything with veggies.

Wow a 2.5 rating on google you would think that they would want to get there act together. There restaurant in Sonoma ca is horrible and I was hoping they might take notice if I left a review here, but judging by there rating they really don’t care about there customers concerns.

in this package of sauce I got a glass that broke a tooth that I can do thanks for your attention this panda is Ramona California it's in Ramona California I don't know the batch number of the packages but I don't know what to do is dangerous to me I broke my literal tooth I leave photos to check the Nesecito packages help thanks

The location in Bell Gardens at Eastern Ave. Is taking new measures about the new omicron virus which is ok BUT all of a sudden no one can go and order there like before so they created this QR code that is not working properly and the incompetent employees are telling people to order through out food delivery apps and I said Why do I have to pay extra if I'm here and you can take my order, they didn't even care they don't care about losing Business
