Service is fast and quick. Parking is in a tight lot when you enter Delta Ave. Place is clean. Have to ring the door bell for them to open the door automatically. Have 3 chairs for waiting

Mr. Luis Ortiz, Branch Operations Manager is very professional, polite and much patience to customer, I have nothing to say what a good banker, may be 6 stars for his service.

The are prejudice, discriminate and profile customers and assume all the wrong things... not to mention their is no customer service protocol in place... totally unprofessional.
I had considered banking with them prior to my outlandish horrible experience... no question about it now... never will they have my business.
Personally or even my Business.

Family style bank which I like. Been using this Bank for 25 years. The only negative is they don't offer ATM cards. Hope 1 day that changes.

So thanks to yelp I have to keep my review PG *rolls eyes* I like this bank because there is a lot of parking and the facility is really big! I also looooove the decorations whenever the holidays come around. Whenever I have questions the assistant manager is always there to help with his honest opinions etc.

I appreciated that Josh was able to assist me with my banking needs. He was attentive, informative and easy on the eyes. The decor made the bank not feel so stuffy and impersonal which is always nice. I will definitely be returning and recommend this branch to all of my friends. Bring some more eye candy too

I had some questions about my bank statement and decided to go to the branch. Upon arrival I noticed the Halloween decorations that looked very festive I was then assisted by Josh who thoroughly explained and made sure I understood regarding my concerns which made me feel better! I appreciated his help ALOT !

This is one of the friendliest banks I have been in. The staff was very friendly and management was very knowledgeable in regards to my random inquiries. Will definitely open an account next time I'm back.

TERRIBLE. Horrible customer service, they are careless and rude. Do not use this unpopular bank. When I asked questions, they did not respond clearly.

poor service. they charge a monthly service fee of $9.00 but are too lazy to count out change unless it is rolled up on $10 or less. this is ridiculous, i have never been into their bank where it has been so busy that they can't count $11.20. ridiculous service. money is money.

TERRIBLE, brought a check in that they verified was their own yet because they could not talk to a signer on the account they ask for me to do their job for them and call the company who issued the check. I mean if you need to verify the check then you have their contact, I even showed proof of issue from the company. I called and got two names from accounting in about 2-minutes, but why, why am I making calls for the bank, if they need to verify why are they not doing this. not happy at all,
