My go-to for disposables. There are two girls there that are very helpful, one of them gives me good recommendations on what to try and turned out every recommendation was on the spot! Customer service is very good, I come here somewhat frequently and it's been a good experience thus far, would recommend!

The cigar selection was limited. The woman behind the counter wasn't very knowledgeable. The cigars were dry and the wrappers cracked when I cut the cigars. To top things off, the cigars were overpriced. Go elsewhere.

Andrea was really nice and helpful. $0.75 fee for credit card usage. Hookah supplies are limited but still pretty good selection with popular brand like Al Fakher, and instant coals Starbuzz. They also have coconut shell coals which I prefer but I need instant for camping. Easy street parking right in front of the store. Starbuzz instant, smaller pack (10tablets, 35mm) $2.99 Al Fakher box 8.8oz $22.99 $0.75 credit card fee $29.20 They ran out of the box size for Al Fakher mint mixture flavors.

After an OK experience at the smoke shop, I wrote a review to express my disappointment with the things I left with. I was confused on what I bought and how to use them. Peter could see my frustration and took no time to intervene. He understood that I wasn't too informed on the products that I left with and really wanted to make it right. I expressed that I was the one that chose the items, but despite this, Peter was motivated to improve my experience. Not only did he invite me back to his store to answer any questions I had, he also offered me some products that would make my experience a great one! It is a lost art: Peter obviously cares about his customers, and I wish more business owners shared his enthusiasm for great customer service. The employee that helped me this afternoon was also very sweet and caring. She took her time in making sure I was well taken care of. I am glad to have met with Peter and the store attendant: they really care. Come to this place if you want to feel welcomed and warmed up!!!
