Tried to get the iPhone 15 on T-Mobile, went in talked to Arely and she said I didn’t qualify even though I already got a text saying that I have earned it because of my payments. I asked to speak to a manager. Spoke with Tin or Tino he didn’t even tell me his name. I got it from the girl that works there. Instead of him explaining to me what the problem was, i tried explaining to him that I got the message and he interrupted me. I told him not to interrupt me and that I was talking and he said I was rude and hung up the phone. It’s ironic because he was being the rude one and interrupting me as I was speaking. I have never been treated like this at a metropcs store. I’ve been with Metro for over 10 years. This is the kind of treatment I get. That’s ridiculous. I’m beyond upset. That was the worse metro pcs experience I’ve ever had.
Update: Emailed the owner days ago and still nothing. This MetroPcs is not it.

Please fix your service hours. On Saturdays it says online that they close at 7 pm. I went from Temple City to pay for my cell phone and I arrived at 6:03 pm and the guy who was there closed the door when I arrived. On the front door it says they close at 6:00 pm. but in minea it says they close at 7 pm.... the truth is what a bad time it gave me ??

I have nothing but great customer service here. From helping me change devices to posting a payment for me, I love my experiences here. Once, the guy was taking his lunch. He was kind enough {and PATIENT) to help me with the purchase of 2 devices!!! Metro is the bomb!!

The manager here is awesome ☺️. She knows all about phones and computers. She is well versed and extremely knowledgeable. If you tell her your phone needs she will match the perfect phone for you! I have not left MetroPCS nor this location for several years just bc of her! That's bc I now have the money to do so however why should I if I am being treated extremely well from someone who is as caring and knowledgeable as her

The Customer is always wrong!!!!.. From now on I will waste gas going to a corporate store then to deal with a store that wont help a loyal Customer... Youtube your own research on the device your looking to purchase.. No on there knows anything about the phones on display. They go off of "we've havent had any complaints"..

Tanya was super helpful. Great customer service, she helped me really quick with a phone purchase. Knowledgeable and friendly, there was a series of back to back customers, about 4 of us and even when another customer interuppted a transaction with another woman she handled it really well. I've been in customer service for 12 years so I can recognize high level skill. Ya got a gem Metro! Thanks Tanya!
