This has been my gym since 2015, I've had membership active/frozen on and off. I appreciate this facility in different water treatment amnenities and suanas and stem rooms, spa,pool they have to offer. To management: The jacuzzi spa pool and public pool at this facility -the water is looking very green and Grimey more than that is getting comfortable or customer prefrence, Please consider emptying pools water or having blue-er pools and servicing pool professionally. Doesn't look health- my family has owned and maintained blue pools our whole life, though thry may not be public pool ls in my home; I don't recall my gym pools at this public facility having this color type of water ever, seeming to zxkind of gotten worse and worse green.

Overall not that great but not too busy. Weiggta are scattered and hard to find sometimes. Rules not enforced very well. And they don't have wipes in the weight section to wipe equipment off

?Customer Beware: When you try to use 3 Days Trial, it’s not possible cuz it’s not showing up on a system. And the manager will let you sign up for the membership with 7 days free cancellation. And you know…. cancellation process is the NIGHTMARE. The general manager told me it’s canceled, but I found out it’s not canceled ?

I highly don’t recommend this place the customer service is wack. They don’t know how to handle new clients they will trick you into thinking you have gotten a good deal but in reality they just out for your money and don’t care about their customers. Never stepping in foot here

the gym is cool im not a gym lover but i go occasionally. yoga room is my fave amenity. front desk workers are super chill and i admire their ability to multitask (checking members in, making calls, problem solving). asian guy with a perm and earrings at the front was super helpful in looking me up in the system when i had an issue with my membership and offered a quick solution to fix it. he is very patient and always helping members out, i always hear him speaking in vietnamese and cantonese in addition to english to further assist members.

I’d give it half a star if I could. Machines are old and stinky. Bathrooms are a mess. I thought LA fitness was supposed to be much nicer considering all these fees you pay for the membership. At least this location isn’t.

Personal trainer was very helpful and assisted me with what I needed for today. The cost is efficient and the trainer is accurate in his opinion on fitness. John was extremely helpful and patient.

My dad lost his items yesterday around 2pm in the locker room and needed help finding them. When the girl from front desk asked the male staff (African American male in 20s) to help find the items in the locker as I ping his phone to make sounds, he did not even try to find it and came out within a few seconds. When he took me to upstairs to see if my dad has misplaced them, he was impatient and asked if I had a membership with the gym. Obviously, I am not here to work out but simply wanted to find my dad's items and he stated quickly that you cannot be up here and its only for gym members and was like I gotta go back to work. He also asked me how old my dad is and I did not think it was appropriate to be asking that question when I am clearly in distress and thought it was pretty rude to assume that it was all because of my dad's old age. I was pretty angry and asked if I am here to work out when I am only concerned over his lost items. I get that it is our responsibility to keep our items safe but it is not that hard to be kind and help out people when they need help. I also never gave him attitude and just wanted help from him. Finally, the girl from front desk volunteered to attempt finding the items again in the locker room and she actually finally found them. I just want to thank the girl from front desk for taking her time, being so patient and understanding and actually trying to help me and my dad out.

It’s an okay location, but could you please replace the treadmills now? Most of them are quite shaky and they constantly undergo services due to their age. And the other facilities and equipments in general are also outdated.
