Worst customer service ever. A client rented a car from them (Volkswagen) and hit my personal car (Jeep) while in the city. I tried reaching out to the rental company, but they clearly send me straight to voicemail. All I wanted was the claims department phone number and claim number. I can't believe people like this exists in this world
