I've been with this agency for over 15 years. I have never had an issue, never had a hiccup, and never had to complain about a thing.I've recently had some requests that I asked Lily to take care of and she has been incredibly helpful, nearly helping me within minutes of ending a call or providing everything I needed with ample time.The only complaint I have isn't at their fault at all: the street traffic sucks. Other than that, this agency has been great through all these years!

Be forewarned this company is evil my van was stolen and I was treated like a criminal from day one all there good for is taking your money stay away heed this warning when you need them they won't be there my friend's family house burned and they didn't help them either it's sad but true tell everyone you know to stay away

If your looking to join this Statefarm location in roasemead, CA then you better run and hide your wallet. They will raise your premium all the time. NOT A JOKE. They will jack up your PREMIUM for no reason at a unreasonable amount for no reason. RUN! RUN!

I've been a customer for many years and I'm still shocked at how bad the customer service is! It's not like we get such a great deal either, so it's high prices and shitty service. My dad recently passed away so I had to cancel his plan. I couldn't do it over the phone, she said I had to come in. The lady at the shop was not sympathetic at all, she just processed his cancellation. A few days later I get a bill saying that my premium went up $190 because I no longer had the family plan! Switched to mercury as State Farm is way too expensive and they don't care.

Employee Lily was amazing! She helped me out with the right policy for my auto insurance when I was looking for one. Her tone is pleasant and very approachable when I was present. Would recommend her and her works insurance!

I've been with this agency for almost 18 years now. Never had an accident or had to claim anything from them. Never actually had to use their service because I've been a safe driver with a clean record. If fact my family and I have a total of 6 cars, and 2 house insurances with them. Anyway, they got the balls to increase my premium on one of my car. I have no respect or loyalty from them. All of my cars are purchased. I switched to AAA, got a BETTER coverage, and still pay $300 cheaper per year just for 3 of the cars. Now I'm just trying convince my parents to leave their policy. The minute they jack up my house insurance I'll be leaving.
