This is my friend’s store, and they are the most genuine and hard working ppl I know!
You can get almost everything for cooking. There’s a full collection for meats, spices, and ingredients! ????
If you need any other tools and Asian goods, they also have those!!
Definitely visit the store as a local or visitors?

This is a small shop that is a miniature version of a larger Asian supermarket. They have the standard items as well as a small butcher and some fresh veggies as well. My mom and grandma frequent this place and love to get meat from here as they say it is usually cheaper than the larger markets. The plaza it is in is very tiny. There is ample parking as it is next to a Starbucks, so you can use their parking if needed. Typically asian owner so don't expect any amazing service. You get what you need out of this small shop.

I wish I could put zero or negative stars. The old lady at the front register is very rude. Bad attitude. Bad customer service. She was an idiot for bagging cooked foods with wet raw meats together. I politely told her to separate them. She gave me a look and told me to take the raw meats out to my car without bags. You won't miss her when you go there. She is rude, loud, and says mean things.

The name is meat market, so we were expecting for it to be a specialized butcher shop. But as we walked inside, it's more like a cramped mini market. They have a lot of meat cut options. Lots of you probably don't see in a typical supermarket. But they also sell vegetables, grocery, dairy, eggs. Ps. The cramped situation is fine btw. It's just what you'd expect. We were here for hotpot meat, hoping to get better price. But same price as typical supermarket. About $15/lb for beef brisket sliced. Quality ok.

Came here grocery shopping, and the cashier can speak multiple language including the worker. The food here are really fresh especially the meat! The shop was small, but I got everything I wanted. My family will come here to go grocery shopping again.

The female owner of this place is rude and disrespectful to their customers. My mom is a regular customer, but she has had pretty bad experiences here. My mom bought $90 worth of food here and asked if she has any calendars and the owner immediately said yes but she cannot give my mom one because my mom does not know how to read it. My mom said this is the type of calendar she needs and she knows how to read it, and then the owner said no i still cannot give you one, it is only for older people. This sounds ridiculous that my mom bought a costly amount of food and she still wont give a calendar. When my mom was about to checkout, there was another customer asking the owner where a product was, and the owner yelled "idk! Go find it yourself" I know there are others who have had bad experiences here, as the proof is shown in the other reviews. The prices are not any cheaper than the market and the owner has a bad attitude towards customers. Would rather drive further for food, certainly will not be coming back here anymore.

It's a small market specializing in fresh pork. I meant meat from pigs just been slaughtered about few hours before dawn. I saw housewives carrying heavy plastic bags full of pork and poultry out of the door. I have to admit the fresh quality of the meat but I didn't buy anything. Why? Because the whole thing was not organized at all. They store random cuts of meat in different freezer containers in plastic bag without price neither weight.And because I didn't bring a lot of cash with me that day. I saw fresh silky chicken. You will never find FRESH black chicken in Chinese supermarket yet you will find them here. Extra star for this.

Hung Phat is a great little meat shop in Rosemead. Located in a small plaza next to Starbucks. Super tiny inside. Great selection of raw meat as well as frozen sliced meat. Pricing was not overly expensive and the quality was good. The sliced meat was perfect for hot pot.
