A solid place to stay while visiting the 626 area. The accommodations are all western but have a certain Asian familiarity, including features that will be appreciated by those used to traveling in Asia, such as the room slippers, hot pots, and bathrobes.Breakfast is western style, with the usual options. Parking lot is monitored but not gated.Rooms: Room slippers, hot pots, and bathrobes are provided in-room.

Avoid the breakfast if you want to avoid a lot of bathroom stops. Our room was ok except for the heavy, musky smell. The staff were very nice.

Great hotel. The employees are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are also very nice they seem modern. The bathrooms are also clean you won't find nasty stains like in other hotels. Love staying here.

Breakfast in this hotel is good, we stayed for 3 days and the lady in the cafe change the meat differently daily and it’s a plus for us, she is very attentive, the basic breakfast all you need they have it. They have fruits, coffee, milk, juices, cereals, pancake (you make your own) and a lot more, just don’t expect Hilton type fancy breakfast. The shower is really great hot water is hot love it and strong pressure! The pressure is strong and the toilet is updated. They just need to fix the toilet paper holder since it’s rusted. They have a pool but was not informed we didn’t used it since we are busy with our LA travel. There are a lot of Chinese tour bus staying this hotel. They gave you slippers to wear and bathtub an A+. They have limited parking space, the whole time I was there I’d always able to get a parking space which is a plus and the space is a great size for a full dive SUV, the parking are all outside around the hotel. incase you run out of space across the street the massive parking space of the gyms fitness’s not sure if it’s ok to park there. I was booked for 4 days in this hotel. The lobby and hallway downstairs has a funky smell, the room Aircondition is cold but at night seems not right it’s not cold enough. We tried to turn on the heating one time, the heat emitted from the unit an awful disgusting smell, my kids almost vomited, my suggestion don’t turn it on. The front desk staff when they answer the phone is like answering a call from the hood, not like the fancy hotel chain with courtesy and welcoming tone of voice but for my taste it’s ok I’m not bothered, I think they just need proper customer service in answering phone call. The bed is good and sturdy love it, we requested additional pillows and they are happy to provided but the pillows fibers inside are curled and lumped thus it’s hard to laid your head or place it between legs, the good thing I can use about this pillow is for hugging since love pillow to hug. The pillows in the room is not comfy enough. They charge you $100 dollars for incase you smoke in the room. Now waiting if they refund the money since I don’t smoke. I don’t know why people still smoke since a lot of people died from smoking due to Lung Cancer or other related smoking diseases. The check out was a swift like the check in. All rooms are non smoking. The elevator is on the slow side ( need to press multiple times) take a while good our room in the second floor very close to the staircase so lucky. The great hidden gems of this hotel is very close (across the street ) the big mall like target, Ross, Starbucks, bubba tea, panda, fish and chips grill, 99$, Dave’s famous chicken and a lot more. If you want to visit Universal Hollywood and Hollywood boulevard for the walk of stars this place is far and possibility encounter of traffic is very high. For the past days (Friday to Monday) I was there and every time we traveled to LA has there usual typical traffic.Rooms: Nice and they provide me extra pillows as I requested unfortunately the pillow was twisted so it’s a bit lumpy.Food & drinks: Next street so convenient big chain food shop like Davies chicken, panda and chicken grills. Ross, Starbucks and target.

I booked a room for the night after a fun night at Universal Studios Hollywood. The hotel staff was very nice and the rooms were clean and had a lot of amenities. My favorite part of the stay was the free breakfast. I was expecting your usual hotel breakfast pastries for breakfast but I was shocked to see they had eggs, hash browns, sausage and other staples for breakfast. I checked out the next day, but I later found out I forgot a stuffed plushie my girlfriend got me for my birthday in the hotel room. I called back and they said that they have it and will hold it for me the next time I stopped by. I picked it up the following day and the staff was very nice about it. 10/10

Johnny a member of The Best Western Staff was very friendly and offered a most efficient and friendly check in when I arrived at the hotel for a very late check in. The morning staff members were equally as pleasant and breakfast was vast and amazingly delicious. The rooms are so nicely furnished, and everything was clean and lighting was perfect. I even ended up extending my stay for one more night because of how pleasant it was. Even a useful and perfect business center for working online and printer capabilities. Wonderful stay!

We stayed here for 3 days and location wise it's a ? but the front desk on our last day (June 14) was very rude! We left our luggage early morning coz we went to Disneyland and when we came back to get our luggage and change to another hotel, the guy front desk rolled his eyes at me and looked like "what is this person talking about" even though I have the tag for our luggage. So, they stored it in the breakfast area (only cart full of bags) Then I asked if they were able to recover a powerbank on my room and he gave a an awful reaction "oh jesus" with disappointment (or idk) on his face. This all happened at 9-10PM. Everybody's tired but that's your job?? We even checked in 10-11PM due to our tours and the front desk on our first day has a pleasing personality.

The worst receptionist in my life. Lack of accountability and hospitality. He had very very bad behaviour and attitude. He was throwing away my passport and said bad words that I never heard before in my life. Passport is one of the immigration officials document. Not his tissues paper!!!!I can complain to immigration.Bad hotel management. Not recommended forever.Don’t say sorry Bala Bala, I would like to know how to take the action to this staff. I already informed to my travel company as well never send any guest anymore as this hotel would like to stand on his staff instead customer service.Very very bad attitude of the hotel front desk, 29 May around 8:00 pm.Very very rude guy in hotel front desk. So stupid !!!!!Only that guy, the rest are okay. Some ladies in housekeeping, BF corner and the others are very nice. The worst front desks staffs in the whole life!!!!All are the same boat. They just see the cctv what they see, they didn’t know rudely talked of the staffs.Anyway, that replied also come from that crazy staff, how can I relay onto it.

The girlfriend had misgivings about staying here because it is so close to the freeway and she worries about noise from the guests after reading past reviews. I, on the other hand, am a practical thinker & was convinced to give this hotel a go based on cost. My ancestors would disapprove if I pay more for something I didn't have to. I told the girlfriend I will pack ear plugs for both of us and she can get wasted on Costco booze (cheaper than restaurant/bar) so she will be comatose every night we are there. Happily for us, we had quiet neighbors and since I asked for a room on the top floor, we could hardly hear the traffic noise, except probably my snoring. But she's immune to that by now...I hope. The room was of decent size. The bed was comfortable and the AC was a soft hum. Yes, it is winter, but I love the cold and will run the AC. Besides, my sleep specialist says cold temps makes for better sleep. Parking was not a problem. The place was clean and everything seems to be in working order - ice machine, vending machine, etc etc. The breakfast selection is comparable to other similarly rated hotels as was the linen and bedding. I could tell this hotel caters to Asians, especially from overseas, as there were 2 pairs of house slippers in our room as well as an electric kettle in addition to the coffee maker.
