I was trying to make an appointment for my annual check up, and I am a new patient, this doctor office make me go to their office in person to show them my insurance's card so they can check if I have insurance, I told them I can email or fax over my insurance card for them to verify my insurance, but they refused, said it is their policy that I have to be there in person to show them that, I told them, you are going to make me take time off work twice just to go to one appointment? And their answer is , this is our policy, I told them this is ridiculous and I am changing my doctor.

I would give her 0 start if Yelp has an option for that. She was charged me $10.00 more for copayment. I think they don't know how to read on medical card. It points exactly $30.00 on it. I asked them why. They replied with a stupid answer," we will send you a refund form , you fill out and send it back to us."I don't want to fight with you guys at the office at that time, because I save your reputation. I'm waiting for almost 1 year but I don't see any forms from you guys. You have lost me since you robbed me $10.00. What a robber!

Previous reviews are true and correct. DO NOT waist your time here. They only accept healthy people as patients so they can collect money easily. If you are sick they can’t help you and will send you elsewhere. If you are healthy and just doing check ups they will definitely accept you. Good luck!

Update*: IF I COULD GIVE THIS PLACE A ZERO, I WOULD. My first and last time experience as described below was unpleasant. But you know what's revolting? Finding out that the DOCTOR prescribed me the WRONG medicine. I mentioned to her I always develop canker sores. So she said she would prescribe me some medicine for it because "she knows it's painful to brush your teeth." So she prescribed a whooping 100 pill bottle. Perfect right? I'm set for a while. WRONG. The medicine she prescribed to me is "acyclovir" which is for GENITAL AND ORAL HERPES aka COLD sores not CANKER sores. Had I not second guessed her prescription and researched it myself AND got a second opinion from a second doctor and pharmacist, I would have been taking ineffective/ potentially harmful medicine. So ALL IN ALL, DO NOT COME HERE PLEASE. Very unpleasant visit. I'm a new patient so I filled out all the forms, but was told that the doctor is out for lunch and to come back at 2:30. So I did... then we proceeded to wait until 4 before going in to see the doctor and then I was asked genera questions. Then she kicked my mom out for personal questions which is fine... Until she tricked me into scheduling a pap smear which I'm not 21 yet so.. and then ordered me a blood test, all of which I didn't ask for. Keep in mind I came in for my sore throat. After doing all that she asks.. "any questions?" I'm like uh yeah my sore throat. She was like ok I'll prescribe you some medicine for that. "Any other questions?" I was like umm are you going to look at my throat?? And she was like "yeah, turn on your phone's flashlight for me."- and proceeded to use my phone to look at my throat. SO UNPROFESSIONAL- from the office, to the front deskmen, to the DOCTOR. WOULD NOT COM
