If I was able to give this place a no star rating i definitely would! To start off Manager (lady in front was rude after service) was my first and last time me and my daughter went to try we both asked for a start price with pictures shown for reference and she told me for myself will be 50 and my daughter $40 we said okay for full set. I will provide my what I wanted nails vs what I got. So many times I corrected her until I was upset she said she did nails for 18 years! Was definitely not 18 years experience nails! ? she started off decent and then she turned out to be so rude. My nails are not even close to what I wanted my polish has bubbles my acrylic is so uneven and to top it off I asked for a natural nude color and she said pink as if they didn’t have options. She told me after that French tip was an added fee for both mine and my daughters. She then changed all prices for mine and my daughter’s nails no charms for either. Never come here!!! She started to talk her language and be upset that I had to call my nail person to fix my nails cause this was so horrible even he said if she was new to doing nails! Never cheat on your nail person!!!
The guy was okay with my daughter’s decent but crooked nails.

Bad job I just wanted gel on my nails and they told me to get a manicure that they were going to look great on me ok give me a manicure look at the nails don't go there they didn't even take 10 minutes to do their job

I come here once a month early to beat the crowd and noise. They have the sign $30 for pedi/mani for reg polish, they keep adding more if you want gel, add more if it’s acrylic, add more if you want callous remover, etc so be clear of what you want. tell them what services you want and they WILL tell you a price! Don’t assume it’s just $30 dollars, prices start at $30 plus tip. Also I always bring my own tools to avoid infections for any nail salons!!!!! You buy your stuff at Sally”s and bring them with you every time. To be honest, I’ve seen some people come with super ugly yellow thick toenails, some even have fungus because they put a fake nail over it, that’s on you for not taking care of your nails and yes on the salon too for not being extra careful, But to avoid all of these issues Bring your tools, soak your feet with listerine or vinegar once a week and put on that vicks every night on your toenails and entire feet for softening and fungus free!! I am happy with what I pay & the service I get . I will continue to come to this establishment.

I went in to remove my gel nails I had done somewhere else. I asked them upfront how much would it cost, they looked at my nails and said $15, when I agreed they started working on them and pressured me to get a manicure as well for $25, I said no, since I was only interested in the removal.
In the middle of it they said it would now cost $20 since I had "fake nails" instead of just gel. They said $20 or I could leave. They looked at my nails before, they are the professionals. HOW CAN THEY CHARGE ME MORE IN THE MIDDLE OF THE JOB????
Since I was already there I said yes and showed my discomfort. The whole experience was awful and the place looks very run down. Definitely don't recommend.

Worst pedicure I have ever gotten!! She was in a rush and cut my nails sideways . Left them worst then when I came in . I have been coming for years and I have NEVER gotten a bad experience as of TODAY! It's a new older lady . Avoid her at all cost . Advice to the salon train her how to do a proper pedicure!!! I will not come here again ! I would give a zero star review . Go somewhere else don't waste your money and your 20 mins to do your pedicure!

The girl at the front desk cannot do nails she is very fast and sloppy she cut me like four times I kept telling her that the nails were not looking the way I want them to look and she persisted on saying don't worry when you wash your hands it'll look better no it does not matter when you wash your hands I asked for square shape and she gave me so many different shapes it's so ugly my nails are ugly I spent $80 on garbage never again do not come here

Honestly I've gone a hand full of times and I always leave like dam. I pay 35 for a pedicure the pedicure was great but looking at the color job and the trimming I'm so upset she forgot to paint part of toe nails and they are sloppy. Never coming here again.. I wish I could post a picture..

I hate to give one star I used to come here I loved going with Nina she was the best but a month ago I went with someone else it was an hour before closing she was rushing and when she removed my calluses she scraped on top of my foot by my pinky then caused a wound (mind you I walked in with nothing on that area) a month later this is how my foot looks. Had to go to urgent care to get antibiotics and ointment to help it heal I will not be going there again really upset this happened

I've been getting my nails done here ever since the Walmart opened up.ive gone to other people before ,usually when Cindy&Richard went on vacation, but always come back. Richard is the best and takes his time to get it right! I love my nails everytime! Business has been slow since post pandemic, so show them a little love tell them their favorite customer Suzie sent you!

Asked them and the lady replied NOT Apple Pay but Samsung pay as long as it's visa! So I did my mani and pedi. Come paying time, their machine is outdated and cannot tap my phone. I ended up paying my last cash on my Pocket. For balance of 8dollars I would NOT leave my ID card and my phone as collatéral wc 2 ladies said they hold it. Naah. Never I come bck there This establishment should display notice upfront no digital payments whatsoever but actual atm/cc card to use.

Horrible service, do not recommend at all. Very anti professional, if you have the chance to go somewhere else, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. REALLY DIRTY NO CLEAN!!! The lady cut my nails when I said file, she cut them round when I said square and was filing my finger/skin instead of nails.

These are the worst nails I have ever gotten in my life they’re so big chunky, and the lady did not know how to do nails clearly she didn’t know what she was doing a horrible job. Horrible service don’t come here disgusting nails.
