The pharmacists and staff here really follow through for their patients, even around the holidays / New Years!! I have a prescription with special instructions that has been troublesome. They are on top of figuring out how to get the prescription corrected by reaching out to my doctor's office and my insurance over the holidays, calling me with updates even on New Years Day, and getting my prescription properly filled in time on the day when my med would otherwise run out! All this is done by the CVS pharmacists team behind the scene, they would leave notes for other pharmacists on duty the next day to follow up if they are not working the next day. Dealing with different parties in the healthcare system can be daunting sometimes, and it's wonderful that the pharmacists here are your advocates to get the meds you need.

My family has been going to this location for over 13 years and we've never had bad service. Peter and Nicole, our resident pharmacists know our family and has been wonderful at helping us with our medication questions and concerns. The pandemic threw their team a curve but that didn't change how they treated their clients. We know that if we have a question about a new medication they will go the extra mile to find out how it helps us. Plus, they train their staff to really make sure we get advice on new meds and the latest vaccines. I highly recommend this location, plus you get to shop while waiting for your order.

I stopped by today to drop off a prescription for my grandmother. I explained that it's her first time filling a prescription here and offered to provide her information such as address, birthday, phone number, etc. to set up a profile. However, the pharmacist intern Ericka was extremely rude and her attitude was off-putting. She reprimanded me for trying to set up a new patient profile and insisted on looking up my grandmother even though I reassured her that her information was not yet in the CVS system, and she finally decided to input the information after she realized that my grandmother's profile could not be located. I had a few questions about the medications that I was purchasing, but she was abrasive and condescending with her answers, so I kindly let her know that I would hold off and have the prescription filled later. Ericka then proceeded to dismiss me and bluntly told me that she would be deleting my grandmother's profile and that I would have to start the process over, making it clear that she felt inconvenienced. I remained polite and tried to give her the benefit of the doubt. Perhaps she was just having a bad day, but Ericka's hostility was truly uncalled for. It would sadden me to have my grandmother subjected to such cold treatment if she were to come in and have her prescription filled herself.

After quarantining for 2 month, I went to the beach for an hour. Didn't think too much of putting on sunscreen since it was a short time out. Whabam!! 2nd degree burns all over my arms, legs, face, and neck. By second degree, I mean skin is red, then blisters filled with water appears, and then the skin starts falling off and shedding everywhere! I guess my skin wasn't used to sunlight anymore so that short hour... only 1 hour!!.. outside was enough to cause EXTREME sunburn. Anyways... CVS was a savior because Target, Walmart, Walgreens, and even sephora and makeup stores I went to did not have aloe gel or even aloe lotion on hand when I needed it! CVS came in clutch with 6 different brands of Aloe gel for treating sunburns. Not only is aloe effective already, the brands carried by CVS also contained lidocaine as a anesthetic agent to d*** the pain and itching. CVS is my savior this quarantine period

Reason To Visit: Normally, I get my meds through the mail. Due to how urgent I needed them, I requested the nurse practitioner to send the prescription to this location near my house. Credit Cards: They accept credit cards or cash. Location: Located inside the Target off the 10 freeway in Rosemead. Plenty of parking for all. Ambiance/Decor: Not much ambiance or decor. Just wait your turn to either drop off a prescription or pick up your meds. Service: The staffer that was behind the cashier was very nice and provided great service. She saw me wait for the restroom and told me that my meds were almost done. The pharmacist was very nice and consulted me about the new drugs that I received. All in all, I was done with my visit in less than 20 minutes. Pharmacy For Thought: Would definitely come back to get my meds filled or get them refilled. but in this case the

I am a regular customer at this Target Pharmacy for years. It never occurred to me that these employees behind the counter works endlessly, just for customers to get their medicines. I think most people normally don't see how busy they get and all the efforts these pharmacists do in the day just to fulfill everyone's prescriptions and questions. My story was: I came here one evening with my mom to pick up her prescriptions for the coming weeks since she will be out of town in the following day. But one medicine was not in time for pickup basically not ready. But my mom was leaving the following day and will be out of town for a whole month. So without hesitation the pharmacist Tina said she will contact the doctor for extension for this particular medicine my mom truly needed. Indeed it took some time waiting. As I waited... I see how busy they get and how each pharmacist accommodates to each and every customer/patients requesting their pickups to drop offs, and other medical and medicine questions. It's a tough job but Tina, and Colleen and another girl which I didn't get her name works endlessly with a happy face to customers. In that case I really appreciate all the work they put into it and do to help each and everyone getting what they needed. So please come again they are #1 in my list. I hope it does for you.
