Adrianna Chen is a rockstar: personable, friendly, and extremely dedicated. Although I've only recently begun to work with her, she has been nothing but helpful, always answering and assisting me with any questions I had. This past week, as Adrianna was leaving at the end of her shift, I caught her just in time. With her belongings in hand, she assisted me without hesitation, never hinting that she was off the clock. As a small business owner myself, experienced in customer service, I can rest assured that Adrianna will go above and beyond to assist with whatever you need. She will always be my go-to person at Citibank. Keep up the great work, Adrianna, and I appreciate everything as always!

This bank pick and choose who they want to provide customer service to. Myself and my husband have been coming to this bank for over a year to deposit our rent payment. All of a sudden, a year later they want to give my husband a hard time because they check was in my name. They told him I have to sign my name where my name is printed on the front of the check. And this somehow gives "authorization" for him to deposit the check into our landlords account. Like what? How is that supposed to give consent? Since when?? Why do your employees slack for a year, not giving a shit who deposits what, then all of a sudden you guys want to enforce your rules? Do you pick and choose when to enforce them? To who you make follow the rules? Is it because we're not ASIAN? RACISTS WORKERS. Don't come here.

Zero!!! My mother opened a CD few months back. When it's time to collect/renew the account. Guess what - the person opened a checking account instead of the CD so all that time and no interest. This is so irritating and unfortunately she couldn't locate the paperwork.Go elsewhere to bank.
