This process should have gone off the rails and this should be a one star review, but here's what happened. I made my order online and set the appointment. Not fifteen minutes later I get a text saying the system showed my tires in stock but they can't get four, please call. I'm ready for the whole thing to fall apart, but the operator found four comprable, no big price difference, so fine. A week and a half later I show up to my appointment and the tires aren't there.
I'm pretty annoyed at this point and the guy says, 'look you took off work, here's what we'll do' and he sends one of his guys to go to the warehouse in Santa Fe Springs (they were already running behind) and they'll bring the tires back need an extra hour.
There's hope out there folks, customer service still exists and I will be making sure to return the next time I need tires. See you guys in 75K miles or so.

Albert helped me out with a routine maintenance / fluids check for my Challenger and oil change. Booked online and got a discount with a coupon I did not even notice but Albert was quick to add it without even asking me about it. Service was quick and under his estimated time. This was my first time here and will definitely be coming back when I need new tires and brakes.

Long story short, my tire popped on the freeway today at 2:30 and I called this location because I was stuck on the freeway a few miles away. I've had great past experiences at other locations. Although the man I spoke to on the phone did not sound like he wanted to help me in his tone of voice because they close at 4 and I was going to get there at 3:30 possibly due to the tow truck but I told him I could be there sooner most likely. He said twice to leave the car overnight even if i got there at 3:30, which is why i knew he did not want to work on my car. He eventually told me he had the tire and to come in if I can be there by 3:45 to get me out same day. I confirmed I'm on the way with a tow truck.
I end up getting there at 3:10, much sooner than the original ETA and he tells me he doesnt have anymore tires for my size. He had just sold the last tire to someone else who just came in even though he knew for a fact I was coming in shortly with a broken down car with a tow truck I confirmed. His only resolution was once again leave it over night or go somewhere else. So I paid for a tow truck to go to two different spots because of this guy and when I asked why he did that, he just said sorry. Do not come here, these are not honest people. Its horrendous that you could do that to someone in need, terrible customer service! I would have even paid for the tire over the phone if that's what it took but why do that to me?

Albert and his team surpassed my expectations; they took care of my car maintenance, tires, alignment … although they were busy still got my car taken care of…. Thanks Albert and team .. outstanding Job.. your attention to detail and customer service deserves a 5 plus stars
