Today me and my kids go get the slashy at 7/11/24 that they said free sippe small drink. I go in store the guy give me a dirty look. And say no slashing drink. I ask nicely why. The slashy machine is not broken. It's turning, and i can see it. No answer and give me a dity look again. I buy breakfast at 7/11 every morning. From now on, I will not buy anything at 7/11 store. They are so rude.

As others have said, this place is pretty sketchy. There are homeless people outside, which I don't mind, but at least keep the front cleaned. It doesn't get better once you get inside. It's pretty dirty inside. If they don't clean the inside of the store, then how do you know they clean the coffee equipment? 7-11's taquitos are pretty good, but I wouldn't trust the guys here with anything I'm going to eat. This place doesn't look very sanitary. Service is bad. The guys working there look like they hate their job. Not friendly at all.

I've been doing Lyft all morning and was thirsty. I don't think I was asking much. First 7-11 with rude staff and no refills. If you don't get any from your wife don't be taking it to work and give your customers a hard time. Period.

The Human Definition of "Shit in your Cereal" Arron, any time I come into this 7/11 I can't guarantee much besides this man's bad attitude. He looks for fights (verbal and physical), smells bad and I can't help but leave when I see him on shift. Can't believe he's a manager.

UPDATED - Received update from 7/11 and helped me further with this issue. I dont feel like the response was genuine though because it was literally just a bot/canned response. I feel that if 7/11 wants to turn this review from a 2/5 to a 5/5.... there would be more heart into their apologies because I felt like I was targeted simply for how I looked. I was never told of what was done except to apologize. There was no "Hey, they have been informed of the situation. You are allowed to come back to the store". Even if I wasn't allowed to go back, I atleast need to be told because I dont know! Like now, anytime I pass by 7/11 on my way back home, I do not if it would be a different person and if I am allowed to back to the store? I didnt get informed at all by customer support if I am allowed to go back to the store or not! If I atleast been given some instruction, I would have given this review a 3/5.The staff working at 1:20AM-1:40AM on March 30th were staring myself and my friend down when we came into the store. When we went and selected our items to purchase , I mistakenly forgot to put up a the mouthwash that I had under my arm which the store associate called me out rightfully for not putting it on the counter to get scanned. I apologized for forgetting and placed my mouthwash on the counter. I accidentally bumped and knocked over some products that were setup on the front counter when I placed up the mouthwash because my backpack knocked over the products . The store associate went ahead and took my purchased items and tossed them on the floor behind the counter that the store associate was working. He said “I caught you trying to take the mouthwash, and you went ahead to knock down my stuff.”. I apologized and said it wasn’t on purpose and it was an accident. The store associate escalated the situation by saying that “if it were on accident, you should probably pick it up then I’ll pick your stuff, too. I accidentally dropped you stuff.”. I told him again that it was an accident. He told me to pick up the knocked over items and place it them on the counter. I said that it shouldn’t be our responsibility to fix and organize their store. He continue to repeat if it were accident then I should pick it up. I told him that it was an honest mistake on forgetting to put the mouthwash on the counter to be purchased and we didn’t mean to knock off the products on the front counter. He persisted saying that I need to pick up the knocked over items for him to give me my purchased products which were: two diecast cars, a few drinks/water, mouthwash, peanuts, and a protein bar. He ultimately gave us our items and instructed us to “never come back to the store again”. I apologized again and wished the staff a good night.I felt like I was getting punked on and missed with intentionally by the staff member which I didn’t get his name. Given that he has told me to “never come back”, I will no longer be coming back to this store. I wish the staff well and better night because they seemed to really need it tonight. Thank you for reading, 7-11.EDIT

It was being your own cup day. I already put my container through the 10 inch hole in the cardboard cut out and it fit. I filled it up and went to check out. The guy at the register took a look at it and told me it was too big. He told the guy about it and he agreed saying it was too big. I went back to the cardboard cutout to fit it through once again. It obviously fit in the hole and was able to go all the way through. They proceeded to tell me I was forcing it through. How would I even be able to force it through. Keep in mind I was holding this container full of slushy with one hand. If I forced it through then wouldn't it damage the thin cardboard? Well it didn't so either the worker was hallucinating or he just didn't want to serve me. After I proved that I wasn't forcing it through, they claimed that the container wasn't allowed to touch the cardboard. There was at least a cm between the cardboard and my container. Afterwards, he took my container and dumped all the slushy out. They'd rather dump all that slushy down the drain rather than serve it to their customer. Not only are they being wasteful but they also losing product and profit. I recommend going to the 711 down the street where their workers are chill and polite. The workers at the 711 I'm writing the review for treated me rudely. I don't recommend coming here if you're looking for good customer service.
