The employees I've encountered were friendly but I've had a few problems. The most recent is I submitted a hold on my mail while I left the state for almost two weeks. Not only did they not hold my mail, but they continued to deliver to by box and left packages on my porch for the entire time I was out of state. I'm lucky they weren't stolen.

You've been sending many of my correctly addressed packages and mail to return to sender. You even sent my deed back due to personal feelings for your employees not doing their jobs and making assumptions when I've showed up. I will keep reporting your activity til you get better staff and stop returning my mail to sender.

They will not deliver to my address which is 0.3 miles from the mail box they say it must be half a mile per the rule that would be 0.5 miles so it’s be 10 packages as of now the lady driving the package refused to go the last 0.2 miles these people are lazy and not understanding that I do not want to have to get up go to there post office and pick up and get my package from there location you need to do better

Everyone who works here are thieves they stole for the 3rd time some letters with checks inside and we just got notified they tried to deposit one of them. Im going to file a police report and proceed with this because this is not the first time. Our community needs to get together and do something about it. We need to stop them. They shouldn’t be working at the post office anymore.

THEY ARE THEIVES AND NEED TO BE FIRED. I HATE THIS POSTOFFICE IVE NEVER HAD A POST OFFICE STEAL YOUR MAIL AND PACKAGES AND GET AWAY WITH IT.

They not consistent with their operation. Either delivers in the wrong address or for priority mail states that there was no one to sign when i have cameras a dogs to let me know when someone is on my front door. Camera shows that no one came.

I had zero issues, long holiday line but I got my box an packaged it there, didn’t catch her name but the girl with maroon hair was fast, informative and patient. I saw the reviews an was skeptical but went for it an had zero issues.

This post office is the worst office I know , I’m always missing Mail , they don’t put all my letters in the box , I get open letters , and then went into office and report it and they said that supposedly I don’t have a mailbox for my address when I been here for years. Best option it’s to contact the“United States postal inspection service “and they’ll take care of it !LETS FIX THIS PROBLEM ROSAMOND!

Horrible office. They need to make it into a regular office and not a contract office. It needs to be taken over by real carriers and clerks.. A few weeks ago, we didn't get a piece of mail all week to get it all on Saturday and they left the comunnity mail box open. I called complaines and they still got mad. Now I have an issue with a carrier that used a broken parcel locker. They key I was given does not open the box. I been calling since yesterday and no answer. My old carrier was super nice whoever took knew the locker ia broken and never used it for that reason. This new "carrier" not so much, not very profesional. He comes in music super loud in his car and music that isn't very profesional. Fix this office. Usps ! How many more people need to complain. I know nothing will be done because we can't speak to the main people who run this office. Enough is enough.
