Happy client for years. They provide you with initial mouse traps and stuff, but it IS in the desert. Expect to need to take your own measures to protect from mice during the more extreme months of the year.

I had to move due to caring for family member I had all my stuff removed and vacated my husband advised them of cancel and move out of unit. they stated I had to personally come and advise them. or they will charge me. I called them, emailed them texted. and they advised via voice message that I have to come in personally. This is not good customer service. They have rodants, roaches, ext.

Granted rules are rules, but being extremely rigid on your policies just makes me never come back. I was late by 1 day to get my fees prorated. Literally one day. Again, rules are rules but you can always make an exception. And I can always find a different storage unit in my future needs. (Been a customer for around a year)

I came by after work and my gate code was not functioning and no one would answer the phone, would not recommend if you're looking for a consistent place to store your stuff

The storage units are Clean and very well kept. Ben has some if the best customer service that I've ever experienced. In the very beginning he helped me find the best unit that fit my needs and at a price that was more than affordable. I started with a six month lease and recently renewed to a 1 year lease. I recommend Storage For Less to anyone looking for a great deal and friendly, reliable service.

I just recently started renting from Storage 4 less in Rosamond because of the property manager Ben. He has been extremely helpful with his communication and flexibility. We signed a 3 month lease which had great pricing and will decide to extend at the completion. While the units are move rural, they are very clean inside and the overall property is well maintained. So far extremely happy tenant!
