“I was just traveling through town and car started overheating a d acting up. Went in to see if they would be able to check it out but they were booked solid. Still, the person at the front desk asked pertinent questions, tried to help and said they'd try to accommodate me as soon as possible. I asked if they could recommend another business given my situation and they pointed me in the direction of a couple other places to try nearby. They still have me an estimate for diagnostics and left the door open to return if I couldn't find immediate help.

“When I lost hope in getting my Maxima repaired, as T & H Complete Auto Service in Lancaster was asking for almost 5k to fix my car due to lights ABS on and having problems to start the vehicle. I had to have it towed home. Because I already spent $7000 with T&H replacing a transmission due to loosing acceleration. I wasn’t able to spend more. Another mechanic came to my place and replaced put new brakes, rotors, starter relay switch, new battery I ended spending a little over $2000. I thought I’ve got a good deal, at least better than T&H. Long story short: after all of that and three months later and a car parked in my garage, because still my maxima will not start!!! I gave it one more chance . My dear husband will not give up and took the car to Auto Pros II and they were able to FINALLY find what was wrong with the car: an after market alarm ‼️ the vehicle came the a factory alarm and the dealer added another switch to prevent the owner from missing a payment and to locate the vehicle for repo. Did I mention the car was paid off 9 years ago. There’s still good people out there, not just good mechanics, but truly honest people. Auto Pros II fixed the problem and only cost me $124.00 !! I should have gone with them first. It could have saved me time, thousands of dollars, suffering (I wasn’t sleeping and I was using public transportation). They are the true heroes in my case.”
