Back in June I stopped here at this Wells fargo. I wanted to get some rolls of coins. Now, I unfortunately have lost the paper with the two ladies names on it who helped me (I asked them to write their names down) but when I find out their names I will update this review . However, I want to say that the customer service that I received here was fantastic. The two women went out of their way to take care of me and were very professional and kind. I definitely recommend this Wells Fargo and like I said, once I find the women's names I will update this review. They seriously made my day! Thank you! A+++

Their service can slow during peak hours. They really need to have more bank tellers available when it gets busy. Sometimes there is only 1 bank teller open despite a long line of customers that extends out to the door!

Well no wonder this location has these reviews... it all started with not being able to pay my bill online like I always do. Coming into this branch do not expect to get helped in any timely matter. Their lead is more interested in the employees time sheets than helping the line of customers out the door.

This is actually the bank branch next to Pavilions. Terrible service, Still closing at 5 pm week days and at noon on Saturdays (it's September of 2022). Chronically understaffed so lines inside are always long. I try to avoid going in but sometimes that's impossible. Manager never looks at or acknowledges customers, ignores long lines and closes tellers when lines are long.

I came into the bank to speak with a banker (not teller) and stood there for five minutes and no one even greeted me. The place was basically empty. The two bankers were helping other customers, but when one walked by she didn't even acknowledge me. The tellers were talking with each other, the supervisor was playing with his phone. ??? Not even a hello?

In late June, my mom and I came to this bank as a walk-in to set up a new account, and after a short wait, we got help from and had an amazing experience with the banker Steven Loomis. He knew what he was doing, he was professional, he was helpful, and the perfect amount of sociable. Thanks again Steven!

The staff (tellers) at this bank are very unprofessional. They ask far too many unrelated or obvious questions. I do not want to discuss my personal business thru a thick glass partition after waiting for 10 minutes. I then have to shout back answers just to do a straight deposit with no cash back. On a payroll check, nothing fancy or underhanded. No handwritten check, no large sums of cash - nothing that should be out of the ordinary, any other bank would just deposit it and move onto the rest of the line. But no, not one nosy ridiculous teller, but two. Asking what kind of business I'm in and I've been banking here for years, I know this (first) and she is always extremely nosy. Asks about family and tries to be my friend. There is absolutely no reason to stretch out this simple transaction, I could have put it into the ATM, but the hold is longer. Need to switch banks, these are not my friends and family and are overstepping in a very very uncomfortable way when they do not need to do so. Just stick to your job, you know I'm not a criminal and there's a line, I do not want to talk to you about anything. Seriously, I should just change banks.

I always come to this location as it is closest to my house. They are always so helpful and willing to help with anything. If you need help with the atm they will walk out to the atm with you. The wait to see someone is usually not that long.

Negative stars for their lending process. Every step of the way has been a train wreck, including multiple credit inquiries where they only had authorization for 1. And why would they need to pull credit twice? Stay away from WF. I've called the underwriter and their manager multiple times and zero return calls. Absolutely the worst experience with a financial institution.

I do deal with a wide range of people; but when I do feel been taking advantage of; I have to speak up. Especially in an environment that thousands of dollars if not millions are been handle. Why would you work with people that have no ethics, principles or morals? Ms Santhya Chen an associate at this place took advantage of my services for a simple car wash; I should admit that when she call me I offer her a quote of $75, bet her car although new has been neglected for few months and she was resistant to accept a new estimate for a different project on her own car! She make me travel many miles back and forward, make me work for 4hrs under scorching heat and underpaid me on basis that at her neighborhood she would only pay $75 for the service she was expecting. My point is that if she can do this to someone that has no means to recover what his work is worth. What can she do when handling your portafolio? At your service. jose@detailtek
