I just came back from a wonderful haircut and style from Paola at the ULTA Stylist center. She listened to what I wanted as far as my cut and the end result was exactly as I envisioned. She recommended some products, but not a "hard sell"- just a suggestion. I would recommend Paola and this ULTA to others. Brava!

Dahlia really knew what she was doing! I asked her about a foundation to match my skin and she got it PERFECT first try then even made me look pretty after trying it out. :) THE BEST! She also made me feel human about my son with autism quite literally trying to destroy the store from his stroller. I just appreciated her presence and her customer service so much she really was a DOLL! Thank you Dahlia <3Katherine was my cashier and she also was very sweet and considerate :)

We were waiting there behind a lady and thought that is the waiting line, because the cashier called the lady to check out right after she served a customer, but after she finished the check out for the lady in front of me, she called other customers to checkout instead of us.So we need to wait for two more customers who actually came after us without any explanation, the cashier knew we were there and ready to check out, but just ignore us.The cashier was not friendly as well.The date was August 21th and the time was around 6:21 pm ish.Very bad experience.

I come to this store often and this is the first time I hvnt felt welcome. I walked in there wasn't anyone in the front so I waited and then the store manager Jess comes up.. looks me up and down and rudely asks if they can help me. I said I'm picking up and order they ask for my name I say it a few times and spelled it as well and they just were not listening to me. At first I thought ok maybe having a bad day. It is hot outside .. they ask for my ID I show it and it's taken from my hands which I did not like bc I did not hand it over I got my order and then when the next person walks in the same person not speaking very nicely to me gives the next person a loud and happy greeting . This person judged me on my tattoos and I could tell by how they looked me up and down when they walked up and then continued to not give me customer service while I was standing there. Not a hi how are you, let me check that order for you.. nothing. I work In customer service so this exchange was sub par and I probably won't be back because of how uncomfortable I felt.

Called about a return and the lady on the phone was extremely rude/bothered. I only asked how I could use my points and how long I had to make a return. She was condescending in tone as if I was supposed to know this info by heart. Before I could even finish my sentence she hung up on me. Really poor customer service. I'd avoid this location and recommend Sephora or a different Ulta location.

Came into this store to buy nail supplies. When my husband and I walked in, right away my husband was profiled. I couldn't believe it was happening. The security guard couldn't be more obvious. My husband and i work hard to shop at this store. I felt very disappointed and discriminated against. Never shopping at this store again!

Normally i would gibe thia store 5 stars but today i was given a free shipping card that was expired. When I called to get a new one, or have the problem resolved in another way. I was given a condescending and snotty "sorry" but tou'll have to come baxk to the store to pirchase tour itwm. Which i couldnt because this location didn't have the item so was given the free shipping card. Please remind your employees that their tone matters, not just the words.

Hey it's Ulta not Elizabeth Arden. There are lots of voices but sadly the staff is not very knowledgeable about the products and not always helpful. So do your own research and go. Parking is hectic but available and the store is well stocked

I’m a regular at this ulta due to the fact that I work close by. Everyone here is cordial to say the least. The security is so nice as well. But every time I go in there I get followed or all eyes are on me like I’m a celebrity. Today, I had an experience where I was looking at hair products and I look up to look at my phone and I see a worker peering at me from across the floor like this.*insert photo of joe* It’s laughable at this point bc it happens every single time I’m in there and it’s ironic to be profiled for stealing when I come in and spend 4x the amount they make. Be subtle about your profiling so it’s a little less insulting lol
