Worst service I have ever received and I generally have great experiences here. The hair stylist refused to do my root touch up claiming it would not come out right. However I have gotten touchups here before with no issue. She was very rude and seemed very frustrated for no apparent reason. I ended up leaving without getting my hair done. It was a complete waste of my time and will no longer use Ulta.

My experience in the brow bar in Ulta ( rolling hills estate) was amazing. The brow expert (Veronica) was super nice . She made my experience unforgettable. She put an eye mask and it felt amazing. I recommend coming. You won’t regret it 10/10

My experience here at ulta was amazing people here at friendly and super helpful Veronica at the brow bar (in the rolling hills estates) was the one that helped me she was the one that waxed my eye brows and gave me an eye mask, she made at feel ease with her expertise and welcoming personality would highly recommend coming here get your eyebrows done with her

Ran into Veronica at the brow bar and she was very nice, although I didn’t have time to book the services she introduced, I will eventually! my concerns were dry skin and she recommended the porefessional hydrating primer by benefit and I fell in love say no more to fine lines she tested it on me, as well as there moisturizer and it was the best duo my skin wasn’t flaky/dry anymore I felt so comfortable with her! Can’t wait to book and appointment with her she was lovely☺️
