Talbots in Rolling Hills is one of my favorite places to shop. The ladies who work there will go out of their way to help you. They will gladly make an order for you if the item you are looking for is not available at their location. It is a neatly organized and well-kept store. The best!

This store is great, fully stocked both for regular and petites - two separate section of store, helpful employees. So much better than ordering online without trying first. Good for mature women, when you want to dress up casual, perfect for travel and visiting nice restaurants. $50 off when you spend more than $200, and sales running all the time.

Store hours say 12-5 on Sunday. Went at 1:00 PM and it's closed. No sign, no reason. Very unprofessional.

This store must be suffering economically. Been in a couple of times before and stir is always pretty empty of customers. Today, I opted to purchase a gift. Spent $100, and asked for a gift box and gift receipt. No problem. When the salesperson started stuffing it all up in al plastic bag, I asked if I could please get one of the Talbots little paper shopping bags instead. I was advised it was 10 cents. I said I have no cash, only my card. I was then told it was up to me if I wanted to charge it or not. Was sorely tempted to just ask to return the entire purchase, but opted not to since this item was on someone's wish list and another Talbots (which hasn't charged for the bag) is too far away. Lesson learned. I won't be back to this location.

The young girl at the counter gave me a very hard time with my return. I was in the previous day to return my purchase but needed time to think it over but the following day I decided to return the item. The worker told me a $36 lower price then the gentleman the previous day. She wouldn’t “help” me and also said some rude choice words to me. I left almost crying. I then drove 40 minutes to the next Talbots in Seal Beach where they were gracious and very helpful and fair. I should have got the name of the person at the rolling hills estates store. But she had long brown hair and an attitude.

I have shopped Talbots since I turned 50 and wanted to have a young style but yet with maturity. Talbots gives me that opportunity. The stylist at this store also have sophisticated knowledge on coordination of colors and are able and willing to assist. I had the pleasure of meeting Hugo at this location. As soon as I walked in,Hugo greeted me ,which is rare nowadays. I asked him if he can put an outfit together for a bar b que birthday mid day. He found the perfect outfit in no time and I am not easy to please. I will always shop Talbots and also stay true to the PV mall Talbots. (Better keep Hugo there) Thank you, L

The staff at this location are sweet, friendly and helpful no matter my buying or browsing mood. I love Talbots and this Talbots store is my go to place for work pants and tops. I also like getting a special seasonal item to perk up my mood and wardrobe. The craftsmanship and fabrics are upscale. This Talbots is also my go to place for gifts for my daughter, nieces, sister in laws, sister in law's mother. You get the picture. There is something feminine for every lady I know.

This is a spanish brand, stuff is not that cheap. most of the stuff is in greenish color. currently they have 2 stores in US, both in CA . they plan to do this as a franchise in the future.

Not enough selection on shoes. They mainly have women's clothing. I doubt if the prices match durability or a lasting quality.
