Very unfortunate remodel, lacking seating, counter spanning the length of space is very sterile. Although there are 7 people working none can look up to acknowledge your existence.

The remodel is awful and the service is just plain unacceptable...... we need to demand better customer service from this location. This place should be avoided....

This store is in a great location. The workers are super nice. Sadly my drink was terrible. It tasted like it was watered down. Also it was incredibly bitter. In my opinion it was like the espresso machine hasn't been cleaned out in a long time. I threw it out. I just couldn't drink it.

Better experience today. The Drink was made incorrectly but I brought it to their attention and they made a new one which is tasty. And they did this quickly.

Highly disappointed in this store , when it comes to online orders make sure you make the right sandwiches this store definitely needs to get together if I could give it a thousand thumbs down I definitely would sad to say not going back they either make drinks with the wrong ingredients or stay walking in circles talking to another taking there time making orders.

Worst Starbucks ever. Always overcrowded and understaffed. Today I came into redeem my birthday reward and the young kid working the register copped attitude and didn't know what he was doing. I'm going to try to avoid this place

It was busy afternoon after 5PM. Full of people but can't complain about that. 3 employees were working so hard. I ordered ONE iced Americano which took 15 minutes, and guess what I received? A full of ice. The guy read wrong and gave me a cup of ice. (I have no single clue how come he did that.) And, I told him that I ordered ICED AMERICANO. And, he poured water, espresso and MILK and gave it to me. hmmm,,, I told him again that I ordered Iced Americano and he told me that was the ice americano. All of sudden, I thought Starbucks changed their recipe of americano or sth. I don't know what happened to this branch. Only thing he needed to do just putting the water/espresso/ice all together in a cup. At the end, he gave me a cup of Americano flavored water. See attached. I've been reading all reviews on this branch and it seems like it has been happened for a long time with lots of issues. Manager or whoever needs to take an action on these.

This Starbucks is usually hit or miss but after this last visit I won't even try. Ordered two iced teas and waited 20 minutes for them to both come out incorrectly. I have no idea why this took 20 minutes when they have at least 5 people behind the bar and it's not even rush hour. They just continuously mess up drinks and have to remake them and at one point every single person behind the bar crowded up to look at a single order. Like just let a manager figure it out, there's no reason for everyone to stop what they're doing just to look at an order ticket. Just go to the Starbucks inside of Pavilions or Target, they're usually consistent and it's in the same block anyway.

They made my drink wrong, the first drink was a full drink...........then when they remade my drink they filled it with a ton of FOAM to lighten it instead of actual drink!!!!!! So basically I got half a drink because the barista was angry she had to remake it?! Never coming here again.

I came there almost everyday for my caramel machiato, one pump off vanila before work. But the last three weeks my drink almost need to yhrrow away cause they make it regular machiato and i can not drink it cause it so sweet. I hate to complain but this is costing me more cause i have to buy another cup at another location. Time and money, it really piss me off

i go to this starbucks veryyyy often!! i'm an early bird cuz i work very early so i usually order from here around 5am i've never had issues with my orders, drinks and food always taste good:-) but today i was really bummed w customer service and wanted to share w others to prevent others from experiencing same thing- app says they open at 5am, i went near 5:30am to order and realized the door was locked- workers were inside doing stuff and lights and music were on, i was confused? maybe they forgot to unlock door? i tried to wave and knock and ask and they tried to pretend they didn't see me and just looked at me and looked away i don't rlly care if they're closed and hours were wrong, but just tell me!!! i work in customer service myself and would never ever do that that is soooo rude and just weird!! i'm def bummed ab their customer service and just wanted to let other ppl who get there early know that sometimes they just aren't open lol!!?

This location is great for studying. The location like others has their down times and busy times in waves. Plenty enough seating but not enough to over crowd the space to be cramped in. Nice staff - within a shopping center full of other variety of stores, restaurants, etc.

Give this place a one store because the whole grocery store is terrible. You can find a Starbucks located across the street. This store does not need a Starbucks in it. I highly suggest getting coffee from the Starbucks across the street.

Very friendly, and always makes me feel welcomed when I come in. My order is always correct and all it requires is it being nice to the crew because they always remember me after the first day I came in and sometimes they have my order ready ahead of time which I appreciate :)
