I wasn’t sure my German Shepherd was going to do well with cage free , but he does! We’ve been there about five times now . They always seem to have a lot of clients and get through the bathing quickly. Easy drop off and easy pick up. I like that he’s not there all day in a cage . They’re really good with time management. Sometimes he gets shaved and it’s really cute. I highly recommend.

Poor management. My dog was there for nearly 5hrs. Texts and calls unanswered. Finally just went and he was in the cage free room. No one was really quite sure of anything. Owner clueless and then a crappy haircut.

The BEST groomers in the South Bay area. My dog will only allow the staff at SBDG to cut his nails! I love love love this place :). Not to mention, they are cage free!

Trusted groomer for our sheepadoodle!Having a doodle means lots of grooming and many places are severely overpriced for subpar service. South Bay Dog Grooming does an amazing job with our boy and very fair priced. They also do de-matting when applicable which is great because our doodle can get Matty around the ears.You can schedule appointments online and they have a detailed website with clear info on different services and packages.The facility is clean and cage free which is important to us.Our dog usually gets a wash and touch up cut and is done in 2hrs or less.

This grooming business has lost many customers due to price hikes, hidden fees and incompetence. They charge more than any groomer in the area (probably because it's PV) and on top of that they have the nerve to add a fee if your dog has any matts! Their groomers are inconsistent in cutting from month to month even after the customer has spelled out their wishes. My friend's dog was cut and bleeding after a groom and the owner denied any responsibility and was not the slightest apologetic or sympathetic. They lost my dog's collar and license and again didn't take responsibility until I called back every week for two months. Finally they offered at my request $10 for the lost collar.Thank goodness I have found a great groomer! Do NOT take your dog here! One star is one too many!!!

They lost my dogs collar and license and did not take responsibility until I persisted by calling every week for two months and finally asking for them to reimburse me. They offered me$10.00. I have since found a great groomer thank goodness! Do NOT take your pet here! I wish I had the option to not give any stars!!!

Amazing experience! Got me in same day!! I have a goldendoodle and was very skeptical about who cuts my baby. Because i love his long curly doodle hair. Apon walking in a was greeted by a cute clean office! With bananas and bows. Front desk ladies were friendly. Cage free office might i add. Reasonable price. when i picked up my baby boy Oakley omg! He was the fluffiest thing I have ever seen! They did exactly what i asked. I will always go back! Thank you south bay dog groomer!

I've been taking my dog here for almost ten years and they do a nice job of grooming. The time before the most recent we discovered our dogs collar had not been put back on him. I phoned the next day and was told they would look for it and call me back. Which they did. There was no sign of the collar it was suggest that perhaps it was put on the wrong dog. We would wait and see, Weeks later when it was time to take the dogs in again I asked about the collar. They had not located it but would enquire with the owner for a discount to cover the replacement cost of the dog tags and collar. I dropped the dogs off and when I picked them up the receptionist had not had an opportunity to speak to the owner. I paid the bill in full $150.00. Later I received a call. The owner said she would take $20.00 off my next grooming as compensation! I am insulted! The tags will cost that, plus a new collar and the time and inconvenience. Obviously, my business not important to her!

My dogs 2 terriers love being there because it's cage free. They are super busy and since the pandemic are short staffed. I just need to plan better and make my appointments in advance. Elena is very sweet.

I have been bringing my dogs here for the past two years and I love them. I really do. My dog basically got banned from Petsmart because he's too much for them to handle but no such issue @ SB Dog Grooming!! Also they just have a fun time because it's a cage-free experience so they get to play around with all the dogs!!

The management has gone down hill. They never have enough staff to work on all the dogs in addition the prices go up everytime I go there. I would look elsewhere.
