Prices up but quality way down. They left water spots everywhere and half done work! The workers were more interested in being done quickly then doing a good job.

Rip-offI have a coupon for a car wash for $17.95 that expires 10/31/23. I went there today (10/30/23) and presented it. I have an SUV, which normally adds a few dollars to the cost. They told me that the price went up and now the wash is $24.95 with the coupon. Although the coupon was still valid, they had no intention of honoring it. While the difference was probably only a few dollars, I didn't want to deal with them at all and I left, never to return. I wouldn't trust them to do a good job. I see from their ratings others had bad experiences there too.

Worse car wash ever! It's only convenient because it's close by. They spent less than 5 minutes inside that's why it's still dusty and the windows and windshield are still kinda dirty. For $25 this business is killing it and they are not even busy that day because it's supposed to rain and there was only 2 cars. Try the Chevron on Highland a few blocks away from this.

Bought gas. Saw car detailing around back. Over paid $250 for and terrible, and I mean pathetic effort, of a detail. 2 hours later my brand new car is covered with compound in every crevice. Just zero attention to details on a detail! What a joke! Plus a scratch on my hood. Do Not Use Their Services!!! Run Away! Rip Off Report!

I WILL NEVER GO THIS CAR WASH!! The guy that runs the car wash is a total jerk. I called them and they said they weren't busy when in fact, they actually were. Not to mention when I asked about the cost of a car wash coupon that I had they chose to raise it three extra dollars for just the regular wash And I thought that was a little crazy being that most places were only two dollars but OK. The straw that broke the camels rack with me in this business was that no one was there to guide me into which lane to get served so I was in the wrong lane and the guy was gonna have me wait to go in the other lane with drivers that got there after me, and believe me even further. This business has no idea what customer service or how to please customers. I would recommend going to any other car wash on the Palos Verdes Peninsula other than this one. Just want to go "4 get" themselves... They Don't have my business! It's a shame, because I grew up on the hill and have patroness many of all businesses but I will not this one!

Unless you plan to camp out the night before, don't bother!!! One day I called, they were swamped. I asked about general availability and could not get a straight answer. Went the next day early afternoon and was told no, they couldn't do it. Went Saturday at 8:30 a.m. and was told no, they were filled up and couldn't do it!!! At 8:30...he told me to come Saturday!!!! Checked yelp and am gladly waiting at a smog check in Torrance. Polite, respectful technician with very clean operation.

For $45 including "armor all tires" they did not armor all the tires, there was still stuff on the exterior part of my car as well as interior. Pretty pointless. I had a feeling it wasn't going to be ok since it was very fast. I will not be going back there. Better off even doing a drive thru car wash!

Very rude female cashier who falsely accused me of trying to steal gas when I told her the pump was not resetting. Loudly challenged in me in front of other customers. Never coming back here. Will pay more down the street.

If it weren't for the fact that it is the closest gas station to where I live, I would avoid this place like the plague. The staff, and especially the cashiers, are usually rude and could not care less about their customers. Most often than not, there are issues with the card payment so you have to go inside to pay. It gets crowded because it is located near a very busy intersection.

I went to get some gas after a hectic last day of the Summer semester, and I stopped here to get some gas. I paid cash. It was literally just 30 minutes ago. I got sidetracked, and left without filling up. When I realized my mistake 5 minutes down the road, I pulled back around. I told the cashier, Carmen, the one that I had given the cash to what had happened. Her response was "Oh well! Someone must have pumped it already," with a crappy attitude. I said that that didn't make sense because people pay first before they pump. She just said, "Oh well." Carmen more than likely saw the credit when someone tried to put money on that pump and pocketed it. Carmen, you're a liar, and what goes around comes around. This was my fill up spot. No more.

needed a smog check done and had a coupon for 39.95. They said it would be more because it was a minivan ($10 more) and THEN he said it would be $10 in addition to that because I wanted a "certificate". Doesn't a smog check INCLUDE a certificate? I actually DON'T need/want a certificate! just send it into DMV! Why do they even have a coupon? Just because its a minivan doesn't mean it should "be more" !! Its not like you are washing it and its BIGGER!!!

I come here routinely for smog tests and car wash and am always satisfied. Alberto at the service desk is really good and friendly. Anybody who doubts the service only need to see how many cars are waiting to be serviced there.
