If you want expired vitamins and bad customer service, then come here. I apparently couldn't return these after a day I had purchased my gnc vitamins because I didn't want a copy of my receipt. I always say no to receipts to save paper and knowing that I am getting top quality products. I might just stick with AMAZON. #1 in sales and no rude associates to deal with. These literally expire in a few weeks.

My human has had excellent experience here with RXs. The pharmacist have been very helpful and kind. It's very sad to hear that they'll close their store. I really hope they find a way to stay open. 5 bones. I recommend !

Calling the pharmacy is a complete nightmare. More often than not nobody will answer, and if by some stroke of luck someone does answer, you’ll be put on hold for 20+ minutes.

The male employee who was there for the night shift today 11-10-23 was so sweet and friendly. He made my day. This world needs more people like him. Rite Aid is lucky to have him there. He was very helpful and attentive of customer needs.

Lol I understood all I needed to know from my first and last visit at this dump of a pharmacy. Just a cluster of incompetence. You guys will not be missed whatsoever. In fact… do the hill a favor and make room for the next business.

Had a good experience here. Kevin the pharmacist is really good and caring. Also knowledgeable at his job. The front cashiers are also very nice. I haven't had a bad experience here and we frequent the place as it is close to home.

Its an ok stocked local. Its self check out craps out on the reg and their cashier clerks are slow as molasses. 3 customers and an Icecream order and you will be there for 20 min. It seems like they are in competition with CVS in the 'we only exist because we have a full service pharmacy for the dying boomers in PV'. In the can this location get any worse category: a year later the refrigerators crapped out for 2 days one week. In the middle of summer their air conditioning bit the dust for more than 2 months! It was hard to stay inside the location for more than 5 min. I'm sure the employees loved it. To top it off the posted hours are not honored. This location is regularly shuttered by 9:40pm on a weekday. The posted sign clealy says 10pm. Asside from the pharmacy its suppoosed to be a 'convenience store'. I don't know what niche this place fills anymore. The Pavillions has 99 percent of the sundries you find here and they always stay open until 11pm. The self checkout egisters improved and the employees are a little more responsive but I don't know if thats enough to save this place.

The return experience is the worst experience I have ever had. The store manager in Rolling Hills Estate is very rude and treats me unprofessionally with very bad demeanor. I will not visit this store again.

Rite Aid has a ridiculous practice about collecting customers phone numbers. we went in to get some ice cream cones. The sign said special sale two for three dollars so the employee went ahead and made our ice cream cones. We went to the register and he said I needed to enter my phone number. I said I have not been keeping a phone number here but he said I needed to enter the phone number anyway and it turned out that their system rejected my phone number for some unknown reason, and if that was the case,I would have to pay the regular higher price, so what happens here, is you can get extorted.at the cash register for not having a phone number on file and your price automatically goes up! If this were brought before a judge, I'm sure Rite Aid would lose that argument, I think it's illegal what they are doing. It is flat out extortion. My phone number should have nothing to do with me paying three dollars for ice cream cones, as advertised. If I could give them less than one star, I would.

I'm so grateful for the employees at this location. My son fell off a bike and had severe abrasions. We were visiting PV, so I didn't have supplies or a place to clean him up. I took him to RiteAid and the kind cashier at the front directed us to a very clean restroom and called ahead for another employee to unlock it for us. As I headed for the shelves to buy bandages and neosporin, I met that second employee who was actually looking for supplies to help my son. He led me back to my son with the bandages so I could get him all cleaned up and wrapped. What an amazing, compassionate team!
