It's also nice that they are local, so I can walk over and pick up my cards once they are ready. I've had them print two batches of cards so far and they were able to make some minor tweaks to the file I sent over to ensure the printed cards looked perfect.”

“Expected delivery date was January 2 and it came today, December 22, so five stars on delivery! The signs looks well-made. Very thick metal signs with reflective letters. The only reason I’m giving it 4 stars is because I must have misunderstood the description. I thought I was getting raised numbers and a raised gold border, but maybe that’s not possible to make those areas reflective then. I mean, it’s a very nice thick metal sign. And I’m sure it will work great. It’s just not what I expected for the price, so perhaps the description could’ve been a little more clear.”

“Walked in for a quote and had a very pleasant experience. She walked me through the embroidery process and told me the possibilities. I only have a small business order, so my options were the standard $45 logo setup fee and then the price on embroidery per item. I have a few already purchased hats so it would be about $8 per hat for embroidery. I also inquired about soft shell jackets which she could order and for a standard price. There is a 12 item minimum for any logo application.”

“Have you ever wondered how a small business can compete with global enterprises? This is how.....I needed business cards printed by today for a tradeshow I am going to next week in Tennessee (I fly out Sunday). I ordered cards with enough time at FedEx office and when I picked them up yesterday (Thursday PM) the quality was so horrible I would have been embarrassed to give those out to any potential customers. Here I was Friday morning with not too many options for same-day printing on business cards. I called around and most places said they needed two or more days to print decent quality business cards. I called Copy Bank and spoke with Yoojin. Despite them being busy with several orders, they found a way to squeeze me in and managed to print out some very nice business cards within a matter of a few hours. They did charge a little bit extra for expediting that but I am very happy that I have nice cards for the conference. I really feel like this business cared about me as a person versus FedEx who would just see me as another number and recite to me the policies of how long it takes to fulfill an order and how there is a paper shortage. I highly recommend this Copy Bank and will continue to use them in the future”
