Rude cashier. Rude staff. I had to edit my 2 star to a 1 star as i was followed to the cashier with my bottle of Hennessy, making sure i would pay for it.I'm a 44 year old touring musician(globally) homeowner up here in RHE.Was followed by security and 1 staff, both male, both laughing and attempting to clown on me. Lol.Stop hiring hoodrats from off the hill.I expect this type of service in compton or watts, not pv. But then again, i've met quite a few rich pieces of garbage in my days..

Ordered online only to be charged an extra 20 dollars because one of the items I ordered was not available and the deal was cancelled. There was no indication of the price change until I checked myself. Not really a negative reviews kinda guy, but getting sneakily charged more money for less food is just kinda... yeah.

Excellent customer service provided by Alex! Loaded a bunch of digital coupons and didn't realize until I drove back home that they didn't work. I went back to the store to find out what went wrong and Alex was extremely helpful! It turns out there was an issue between my landline which I no longer have in my cell phone number. He returned everything and redid it and I was refunded over $18. The best part is he didn't make me feel dumb nor was he irritated to do this he was so nice and kind! I've always liked this store! Everyone is kind and helpful but Alex really went above and beyond!

Starbucks shop inside this Pavilion store has an absurd & unreasonable policy regarding customer brought-in coffee bean grinding.I brought in a bag of non-Starbucks coffee beans to be grounded and was told they couldn’t do it because of allergy concern and flavor concern.Went to the Starbucks store next door and worker there surely did not share the concerns Pavilion had and grinded the coffee there.To me this is bad customer service and laughable reasoning. I am okay if they don’t provide grinding for any brought in coffee beans. But doing this half-a** and give a lame reason for not doing for some struck me as being snobbish. At least the Starbucks Company does not share their concerns.Also I share with other reviews that I prefer the Ralph’s at Hawthorne and Crest over this store for three reasons: 1) superior and more selections in produce dept.; 2) better price I can save quite a bit shopping there; 3) much better customer service. I come to Pavilions only because it’s near and I just need to pick up a few items in a hurry.I wish Pavilions leave and Ralph’s come here!

Very good quality fruit, vegetable and produce. Very expensive, so can't come all the time, but when i do I'm happy.

I've been a customer of Pavilion's for many years. Unfortunately, I've noticed a decline in their customer service over the past year. Their florist used to be a go-to for me but they no longer offer to wrap flower arrangements for you. Then, today, I purchased a cake from their bakery and when I asked to have something written on it, I was told that's "not available at this time." I usually use their seafood department and the people who run the counter are very helpful but the fish quality has gone down. I've had to throw out fish I bought same day because it was super smelly and dried out. Now, that they've shortened their opening hours too, it's starting to feel like I need to try another place. I'm not looking for perfection but when I leave disappointed over several trips, that's not a good thing.

This has always been a great grocery store, however tonight was less than stellar. First when did closing time change and why isn't it on the door??? Visited at 9:45p and heard an announcement 5 minutes in that they were closing in 10 minutes?? Since when?? After the "closing in 5 minutes" announcement I rushed to an available check out line. The one with the light on, had no checker...the one with the light off had someone. So I ask her, which one should I go to? She mutters that she's closed but will take me and that she shouldn't be taking anyone else. WHAT IS GOING ON?? I've always gone here in the evening and it's never let me down being open late...now you're closing in the 9pm hour? Sucks!! And the customer service was crap.

Nice store with everything you would expect from a large grocery store chain. Employees are friendly and accommodating. I'm glad to have one that is close.

I came in the store today and had a small issue regarding the carpet cleaning that I rented out and KRISIE, the manager, was so pleasant and kind. She handled the situation well! Very professional woman and will definitely always come back.
