I have used them for years and it's gone so far downhill, I am transferring all prescriptions from them to a different pharmacy. First, I had problems getting my insulin from them. I ordered the prescription over the phone, was told when it would be ready. When I arrived to pick it up, they didn't have it and wouldn't have it for days. Nobody bothered to call or send a text, nothing. I can't be without it and had to find it last minute elsewhere. I started ordering it way beforehand (you can only order it so far in advance), and ended up with the same problem once again. Another prescription someone called me that it was ready. I asked them to deliver it. They said they would send it out, and told me I could also ask for delivery through their app. I never received it. I called them back, and it was never sent out. That person told me I could ONLY do that through the app. I asked her why the other person hadn't told me this and said they were sending it out. Then she very condescendingly told me that I could find someone to help me if I couldn't use an app. I assured her that I was not technology illiterate and didn't need "help" using an app. I'm done with them. I don't need to pay someone for bad service.

I love coming here. I moved here a few years ago and come a couple times a week. Tonight I was that last minute shopper and I know how annoying that is. But Nina was so helpful with my questions for my recipe and was so friendly and greeted me. I love nice people it literally makes my day. Today Nina made my day

Went to Pavilions today the women's restroom needed attention; no seat covers, fecal matter on the wall & paper on the floor.Stacey was my cashier; no greeting no total. Had to let him that I requested $20.00. What happened to customer service?

My grandfather, who is now a senior, continues to shop at this pharmacy since, in addition to carrying the highest-quality medications, they also provide him a discount.

This is my local grocery store, I love it here great selection of meat, seafood and awesome wine selection. The only reason it's a four star is you have to make sure that if you're getting anything on sale that you check your receipt, I have had issues that it doesn't get marked down.

When I say poor selection I mean poor selection of management. If you are a women you are not welcomed at Pavilions. I was a customer on April 30, 2022 and I ran into Steven and we had a awkward conversation. Steven Anthony Benavidez (I ran his license plates on his car) is a misogynist man-whore. Steven told me he told his boss lies about a former coworker to get revenge on her. He also told me that he hates his boss because they are women and he wants them fired. It got very personal when Steven said he hates his sisters because they are women and wants his niece dead. Then he told me that I should not be in college because I am a women. When I asked for help Steven said he won't help me because I am d*** and a women. Steven left me with out help. When I got his license plate to run it Steven sent his work girlfriends to harass me. DO NOT SHOP HERE! this is how they train their management. Here is license plate and car. The photos I took pictures of and some I found on the internet. There is also a picture of Steven below my review on this page. Be carful around Steven.

Everyone should read this because what I am about to say is important for customers, workers, and those who want to work at Pavilions 7 Peninsula Center Rolling Hills Estates CA, 90274. I was a worker at this Pavilions. The Store number is 2233 for 7 years. I started working there in 2014. This store then hired harassers and put them in management positons. They constantly spread lies about me and defamed my character. They did this to prevent me from being promoted. I was forced to to transfer to another vons but they still harassed me through social media. Me and my friend are residents of Palos Verdes and shop in the mall that Pavilions is located. The management knows that. While I was working at the new store the management opened a instagram account with pictures that I did not know about calling me lies and causing defamation of character by sending it to my family and friends. Before this when ever me and my friend hang in the mall the employees would take pictures of me and my friend. It turns out this is where the photos are going. Me and my family got instagram to shut it down but then the management took the false lies and defamation to Human Resource to Retaliate. Gregg Rutkin at Human Resource is awful and terrible. I gave him evidence through my union rep and he hides it and pretends he did not get it. He also allows the management to take pictures of me and post them on this harassing Instagram account. I quit Vons/Pavilions and went to a new job and I got promoted to the postion I wanted that the Management at Pavilions would not let me have. After one month at that job I was promoted. These harassing management would be Marla Larson (Store Director) she spread lies about me to her own workers, Chrissy she took pictures of me and sent people to take pictures of me to help put photos on instagram, Steven Benavidez he starts rumors and spreads them to the management, workers, Human Resource and he sends people to go into the parking lot to find me because he is a stalker, Mike Durand he takes pictures of me and my friend while we try to enjoy our time, the Starbucks girl Natalie calls me things that are not true and believes the lies that Steven tells her, Matt he believes Stevens lies and he goes into the parking lot to find me because Steven told him to and Robert Moeller, like Mike Durand he also takes pictures of me and my friend when we try to enjoy our time. My advice if you work here is that if you are harassed or bullied from the management at this pavilions or from any worker at pavilions than you should hire an attorney and sue the store. Do not go to Human Resource or Corporate just sue them. No matter the evidence you give Human Resource they will keep these employees around and do not punish the harassers and bullies only you. I can not got to the Peninsula Mall because they are still working there when they should not. If you do not have the money to hire an attorney you can always go to the Department of fair Employment and Housing. You are able to sue Pavilions and the Vons company through them. I highly suggest looking for work at Ralphs or anything under the Kroger company. Here is the website to the Department of fair employment and housing if anyone needs it. Above are both screenshots taken from the Instagram account that Pavilions Management made to defame my character. They also opened multiple accounts to impersonate me. Our friend referred us to this pavilions. We did not know we had a pavilions close to use. We were at the pavilions in santa monica yesterday and the one in santa monica is 100 times better than this pavilions. This pavilions has so many red flags. The merchandise here is very expensive and not worth the money. If you choose to shop here ask a nonmangement for help. They will actually be friendly and help you. We asked Chrissy for help and when she talks to us she sounds like she does not like her job and will not be friendly to u. We asked Steven for help and he apprently thinks he so professional wearing his black tie well he is not. He will not help you. He tells us that he is only going to help us because his boss Marla told him to. We told him he does not have to help us and he looked happy that we ok him not to help us and then left. Sounds like that is how he made it to a management position. Pretending to care only to please his boss. This store is infested with covid-19. Every employee is sick and not looking healthy. They do not take Covid-19 precutions seriously. They have a sign telling customers to obey the covid-19 precautions but they do not obey it. Finally we get starbucks after shopping. There starbucks is terrible. The starbucks is as bad as Steven n Chrissys management/customer service skills. The only thing we got while in here was a jar of yogurt and starbucks coffee.

I usually do not post reviews but I had a bad experience at this Pavilions. The Managers Steven is miserable and does not want to help customers while Chrissy will give you bad attitude. They both should just quit their jobs. The shows how much management here does not care about the customers or their customers health.

Overall, this is a solid market with a good organic produce section. It is the best option on the Palos Verdes "hill". They don't have all the specialty items I need, but the staff is generally friendly and helpful. Parking is plentiful.
