“Writing a review because it wasn’t until these past couple weeks that I realized how important it is to bank with a bank that you can actually get a hold of. I needed a few urgent important documents and Justin Hannah got them all to me SO quickly. I felt bad I was being annoying asking for so many things but he truly made me feel like I wasn’t being an inconvenience (although I def was ?). My emails and calls were always answered within minutes (maybe even seconds) and this made a very stressful time in my life A LOT less stressful. Aside from the personal help I’ve gotten from Justin, I’ve been to other FRB branches in the past and have always loved how I’ve been treated, I was even given chocolate cookies a few times ? If that’s not enough to love them, then I don’t know what is!”

“I was very fortunate to receive the best possible service from Ms. Masha, a bank representative at Wells Fargo. I needed assistance in modifying an existing account to limit the access for an elderly parent, and Ms. Masha was able to sympathize and understand since she had to do the same. She took the time to hear me out completely, then restate what my requests were to make sure she understood. Then she patiently and accurately fulfilled my requests. Since my modifications weren't easy, It took the assistance from other advisors to get me taken care of. If you need to make modifications to your account, it's best to schedule an appointment, especially with Ms.Masha.”

“I had an account years ago that ended up that they put a red flag on my account from a check that was concerned fraud from another party. I tried to explain but it didn't matter. I was very heartbroken because I was so happy I was able to open up account. I got letter 3 months ago from Wells Fargo on something about that time and I received a $150 check as they put it to make things right because it wasn't my fault and it was handled wrongfully on their part. I was very appreciative and it was a nice surprise. To me when a bank see's they made a mistake on their part and tries to fix it then it's a good bank to me. When I had to some other needs the teller were always nice and never issues.”

“Back in June I stopped here at this Wells fargo. I wanted to get some rolls of coins. Now, I unfortunately have lost the paper with the two ladies names on it who helped me (I asked them to write their names down) but when I find out their names I will update this review . However, I want to say that the customer service that I received here was fantastic. The two women went out of their way to take care of me and were very professional and kind. I definitely recommend this Wells Fargo and like I said, once I find the women's names I will update this review. They seriously made my day! Thank you! A+++”
