Old Mexican lady there was the worst!! Rushing my sons hair cut and cut way more than we asked her and uneven. I left so disappointed. I had to go to a different barber so they can fix my sons hair.

Surprisingly or son sat there still and quiet for his first haircut. But the place is a bit outdated and choir than a church mouse.

Definitely coming back !Had such a great experience coming in here for my sons first haircut !Kurt really took care of us from start to finish !He was very kind & professional.I was able to show him a picture of what type of haircut we wanted & he did even better then what we could have asked for !Can’t thank you enough Kurt , highly recommend for anybody looking for Children’s haircuts :)

My 2.5 year old got her first hair cut here. She’s not comfortable in new situations with new people, but there were enough toys and children’s songs on the TV that that hair stylist was able to cut her hair without too much resistance. She left happy with a great cut. The lollipop was a nice treat at the end of the cut. Without hesitation, I would bring her here again. Recommended to me by a friend with two little boys.

Maria is the best stylist at First Cuts! She has cut my son's hair since he was 5 year old and now he is 17 yr old teenager! They accommodate your time as walk in client if needed, and Maria is very talented. She makes sure the haircut meets every mom's inspection for every kid! Maria is the main Reason why we still go there as my son has grown up but he still wants the perfect haircut.

I usually do like coming here and they work well with my kids it's conveniently located in the mall close to Boling Hills. The last visit I had I called them made an appointment. It seems like the lady double booked which was frustrating because the made me feel rushed. +25 bucks for kids haircuts overprice I know with inflation everything, Casavana but still it seems ridiculous when the feet is in that's nice and their store straggly hair is throughout.

My sons went with their grandparents today we had made appointments and everything. When they got their it was busy and it already took a long time for the first batch of kids to be done and even though we had an appointment we were passed over again. Couldn't even get haircuts because it took so long the kids were really disappointed. Just super unprofessional especially with children making them wait that long with an appointment is ridiculous.

Love that Maria is so nice with the kids and always accommodating and pleasant. I've had my sons first haircut in this place and now my daughter. Right next door to Ruby's which is always a treat!

Clara was great with my 2 and a half year old daughter. It was her first haircut and because the salon was so kid friendly I can happily say no tears were shed and my daughter got a great cut! We will definitely be back!

Bring my toddler for her haircuts even though they are pricey my daughter loves coming here we cut her hair once a year so we compromise with the pricing

My son always had a full head of hair and has been getting his hair done since 6 months old! We have been to many best-rated hair salons geared toward children in OC as well as the South Bay, and First Cut 4 Kids is our favorite. I was a bit skeptical due to some of the negative reviews on here but I took a chance since they are so close to our new home. Clara has cut my son's hair a few times already and she does a fantastic job!! And the haircut looks even better as it grows out. That's how you know it's a GOOD haircut. People always compliment on my son's haircut. We like the haircuts so much that even my husband got a cut from her and honestly he looks 10 years younger?! Now I'm jealous, lol. We are extremely happy with the service, friendly staff, and the beautiful cut that stays looking great until the next visit few months down the road. Worth every penny.
