Not overly pleased with this bank branch or the regional management. Had an appointment but was ignored in favor of new clients opening accounts. Bank regional managers did not call as promised. Very unprofessional.

Came here to take advantage of the current checking account promotion with Citibank. The bank was pretty busy when we arrived a little past 11 am on Monday morning, so we had to wait a bit before someone could assist us.The chairs in the waiting area were really comfortable though, so I didn’t mind the wait.Taz was the person who helped us, and she was very nice and provided great service!

Customer service here is extraordinary. The bankers are friendly and very engaging when assisting with transactions. Most impressive is how fast they solve problems. I had an issue, which led to another issue, and led to another issue. Every new issue that I presented them they were able to counter quickly with a solution. Friendly and intelligent banking staff. I’m very pleased to have this branch as my home bank.

This is the worst bank I have every been involved with. they froze my personal account without any notice (they said they sent emails to an email address that I have never heard of) because they needed some updated information. Then they closed an account automatically for non-activity, but $10,000 to 50,0000 goes in and out of that account five days a week. The employees are so unhelpful and can care less. They just said, "It was a computerized determination, sorry about that," but had no clue on how to rectify it. Don't even think about banking here.

I've had experience for 30 years with Citibank. I had only oneexperience with this particular branch which was simple and satisfactory.However, let me warn you that the low ratings here and at other localCiti branches are valid in my opinion. Maybe it's cultural differences, among the staff; maybe it's the up line D/M, with whom all Torrance and PV branches share, but Citi is just not customer-oriented. Whether you're looking for checking, savings, CD's, whatever...better customer service, perks, and benefits exist in a plethora of brick and mortar banks elsewhere in the vicinity. Go there.

I have left about 20 messages via voicemail and email to the representative who was supposed to help me and the manager. I opened an account and the service has been 1 star ever since. This is before Covid and I would die them -5 stars since Covid. It has been 5 months of trying to get ahold of someone. I went into the branch and it was a 30 minute wait. Meanwhile, for my business account with First Republic, I have always had someone get right back to me. I highly recommend First Republic if you actually want someone to help you.

I have NEVER been treated or spoken to like I was today. I came in to deposit money into my mothers account. I wasn't able to do it so I said I would sit on the side and wait for her. The rude manager came over and scolded me saying If it got busy she'd have to ask me to step outside since I would be in the way. There was 0 customers inside. ZERO. Then at 1:40pm she came over again to say if my mother did not show up soon she'd have to ask me to leave since they close at 2pm. I said yes I am aware, I have 20 minutes. She then proceeded to roll her eyes at me. When we were leaving the brand at 1:47pm, so clearly we got everything done before 2pm, I went over to ask her what her name was, and she was on a personal phone call on her cell phone!!!! What a disgrace to Citibank. DISGRACEFUL. She obviously has no customer service skills, is crass, makes me never want to go to Citibank again. Her name is Aisha. She was able to mutter that to me when she looked up for a second from her personal call!! I am horrified. I have a feeling it is because I was wearing sweat pants, instead of a nice work outfit. I probably don't fit the mold of the customer she'd like to help at the bank. I am appalled actually and will be speaking to the higher ups.

I agree that the manager needs to work on her social skills. She was extremely abrasive and we were treated like strangers that she would never want to see again. She also did not agree to notary both our trust and will documents, which they claim is a "free" benefit of having an account with them. We'll go back to Chase.

The tellers are very helpful and friendly to a fault. Great service, however the Manager needs to take classes in Social Skills 101. She is quite abrasive. Am thinking about transferring my accounts to another bank.

This is generally a quiet, sleepy branch, which means way shorter lines than other branches. Staff has been genuinely friendly to me at every visit. I recommend these guys.

I do almost all of my banking online, but I visit this CITIBANK branch occasionally since it's in my neighborhood. It's in a pleasant strip mall, and the staff are courteous and helpful. A special shout out to Sergio, a personal banker who does an excellent job at this branch. I recommend others to deal with him for their personal banking needs.
