Disgusting service. What kind of bank doesn't give a customer even a $1 worth of pennies. I go to 5 different locations because I'm constantly in need of change for my business so I don't want to be bothersome. This is the ONLY location who constantly say they don't have any change or bills. The tellers just look at each other and don't bother checking in the vault and the manager sits from his desk and calls out that he's the manager and responds by saying "we have other customers who need change you're not our only customer." It's unbelievable they can't even give a dollar worth of pennies. The previous two managers were excellent, but this manager knows nothing about customer service.

Best Chase location hands down. Frank the branch manager is competent, courteous and always on hand to expedite any issue you may have. Susana Patel, Wendy and many others are unbelievably reliable, efficient and professional. They make any banking experience a positive one.

People here know their stuff and very helpful...if you don't want any hassle, this place is worth a drive...disappointed at the San Pedro branch...the people that works here needs to be commended and given a raise. The drive here is so worth it because they really help you with your account. Great service speaks louder than any advertisement. Thanks to all the staff here for making my banking easier.

I spent an hour plus with Faith who's very detail oriented. You could feel her concern even though I don't have that much $$$$. Some community banks I have been treated me differently since don't have much dough. She offers what Chase could do for me without showing any impatience nor indifference since I have a lot of questions. I will recommend this Chase branch for everyone who values good service for their monies.

I dealt with the only teller at the branch and he had a disgusting attitude. I got off work late and made it to the bank just in time before they closed. I was the last customer. He informed me that next time I can make a phone payment instead of coming to the branch. I don't bank or do any business with chase. Somehow I missed a number on my payment ticket and he gave it back along with my check and said it does not come up. didn't offer to look it up. Didn't give me time to check it. He wanted me gone so he can close the branch. Overall I felt like he was very pushy about doing stuff online when clearly I need a teller to make payments for someone else. Thanks stupid teller, this is why I don't bank with your shithole of a bank. No wonder this middle aged guy is still a teller. No customer service skills whatsoever. Shame.
