I love this market , it’s set up well & their products are high quality. The problem is a good part of the staff from checkers to butchers have major attitude problems. Just had my 3rd such experience. I likely won’t be back

I never leave reviews, but today I feel the need to. I am so disappointed, I bought an 8" chocolate cake for my daughter's birthday and there's no way it was fresh and made today. When she cut it and tried to get the piece out it started to crumble. For the price I paid, i expected better. I had been recommended by a friend to try the bakery at Bristol Farms because she said their cakes were "amazing", but this one today defined fell short. If we didn't need to serve it to her friends I would have taken it right back to the store. Such a disappointing way to end her birthday. I really had high hopes for the cake especially since the ladies working in the morning said this cake was their best chocolate cake.

I just received the BEST service from Mario in the meat department. He helped me pick out the nicest pieces, answered my questions and did it all with a smile. Please try the highest quality meat from Bristol Farms - you will not be disappointed and, when combined with the best service, you can't lose!

It Bristol farms so you know you will Be spending a pretty penny lol however having a great shopping experience makes it even better. Very clean store and a pleasant staff. One cashier in particular Meisha name similar to mineral lol. She was supper sweet and helpful.

Pleasant consistent shopping experiences abound! We have our favorites in Cashier with Ingrid and Donna, Phil in Meats...in Seafood, Eloi is always pleasant and helpful, too. However, the one person who goes way above and beyond for our weekly shopping schedule is RAMÓN in Seafood. Ramón exudes the energy and attitude of owning 100% responsibility toward our ongoing satisfaction, for which we experience: month x month, year x year!

Since 2003 I have been shopping at Bristol Farms in Rolling Hills Estates as my primary grocery shopping venue especially for seafood. I have worked with many seafood handlers in the past but I have yet to meet someone as impressive as their seafood manager Ramon. Not only does he know the seafood world but can handle meats and poultry equally as well. He has. personally taught me how to prepare great seafood dishes many times equal to those I've experienced in Beverly Hills restaurants including One of my favorite Providence! Of course one has to start with the finest raw ingredients; that's why I depend upon his recommendations each week. Since I truly love great seafood what more could I ask for than Bristol Farms and Ramon, my main reason for being at this store. Be

Great market - my favorite area is the meat and seafood counter. So many delicious cuts of meats and seafood. Phil is the best - he always helps us pick out the best meats. Highly recommend.
