Takes for ever to get helped in the firearms. You don’t even get acknowledged. Only come here bc of there hours. Don't recommend. I have also had problems with online orders for ammo, saying it is ready to pick up then after waiting to get helped they can't find it and they tell me to call in tomorrow.

Friendly and helpful staff who are able to answer questions about all the different items they stock. Can sometimes be busy very at the ticket counter, so be patient and someone will eventually help you out. If it is very busy, try again another day at a different time, if you don't have hours to wait.

Love the selection, the online inventory. Gun sales area is way understaffed and there's always a significant wait.

Terrible!
I was trying to get a copy of their FFL for a shotgun transfer.
After i was passed around to three different employees on the phone, I told a "manager" what i needed and he asked "why"
I hung up at that point.
Garbage.

I thought this was a place that sold sporting goods, but it's actually a bunch of cool guns and hunting equipment. Learned a couple things too.

Went in here to find dog toys they have a good selection reasonable prices and we were asked several times while we're in there if we could use someone's help. Well staffed, very clean, organized well spacious store.

Hanna provided the absolute worst service. I had already paid, done paperwork, and was only there to pick up a firearm where I had a price match(which i was instructed to use when I picked up on account of passing background) I was told it would be no problem, had a verified approval, order number, etc and she would make excuse after excuse to not complete it. She kept questioning me like it was fake or something. The approval came from Sportsman's direct!! That place is a nightmare to deal and it is going further down hill. That staff is hit or miss and it was a huge miss yet again.
