Great customer service. Very friendly. My laptop was not repairable, so he didn't charge me. He pulled my memory out of my laptop free of charge and did a complimentary keyboard cleaning.

I had to bring in my Lenovo Ideapad because I was constantly having the blue screen of death. I had a great time working with Jesse! He was so friendly and kind and actually taught me more about the inner workings of a computer. Highly Recommend!! He fixed my computer in just a couple of days!!

Darin and Jesse of Sonoma Computer Repair has been professional and informative while working with them. I took my computer to them as a second opinion. Even before the intake, they told me a lot more information than I knew of my own computer. Their business practice of putting the community and customer before their own profit is a real value to the community. I will recommend them to all my friends and colleagues moving forward. I believe this is how businesses should be conducted, just like the good old days.

Sonoma Computer Repair is fantastic!! They were so kind, helpful, and patient with my dozens of questions. I'm so grateful as I use this computer for school and they fixed it and got it back to me quickly. They were fair and honest and explained everything to me in a way I could understand. Jesse came to our home to help my husband sort out his computer which was on the fritz and not booting up. Jesse determined the problem very quickly and explained our options clearly, providing costs upfront. He took the computer back to his office and had it back within 2 1/2 hours. A most genial person and we felt we had made a friend as well as a company we would call upon anytime we should have more computer issues. We most HIGHLY recommend this company and will certainly spread the word!

I had a little difficulty finding this repair shop. BTW I heard they are moving to a larger, more obvious location.I went there because the wireless in my laptop wasn't working. I had tried everything I knew so in frustration searched out the best rated repair service in my area.I tracked them down and they told me my wireless was shot and an estimate on costs. He also advised me of more problems coming.He suggested I should go to Office Depot and buy $20 external wifi to get me by.Computer repairs are always costly, and it was appreciated to have a workaround until I replace my under performing laptop.Thanks, Sonoma Computer Repair in Rohnert Park.

My small business printer went dark and needed help. I took it here hoping that a professional diagnosis would root out the problem. After a few days, they were at a loss (as was the manufacturer) about the problem and of course, just past it's warranty. They all gave me exceptional service even though I didn't spend a dime and they will be my first call should I need computer repair.
