“Great place to find Nike shoes. But wish there was a bigger selection. There is a lot of clothing and other non-shoes related stuff. Still can't find the Nike shoes I'm looking for, so onto the internet I keep going on this hunt! It seems most shoes feel like cardboard these days! Junk! I want my AMAZING Nikes back! The kind of quality I had like 10 years ago. What happened? Nice staff here and easy free parking out front.”

“Yesterday I went to Becks Shoes in Santa Rosa, Ca. I was on a mission to find some shoes for summer.
I have difficult feet to buy shoes for as they are very wide. I have NEVER been able to walk right in to a women’s shoe. I have been buying men’s tennis shoes,
Andrea W. Was helping me. She brought out several shoes for me to try. She was great! I tried several and they worked for me. I ended up buying 3 pair (2 were on sale- another added bonus).
I couldn’t believe that I had 3 pairs of shoes to take on our trip. Andrea was a sweetheart! She was sooo helpful, and was excited for me to have some new cute shoes. I am so happy to know that I now have a shoe store to go to where I know I can find a width to fit my feet.

“I was shopping for boots. I gathered about 10 styles from the sale rack, which is supposed to be self service. When the size didn’t fit me right, the salesperson immediately found me another in the size I needed for that style. When I settled on a style, I was picky about one aspect of one boot. She brought out all of the boots in that size and color, so I could take home the ones I liked best. It was raining and I wanted to wear them out of the store. She sold me waterproofing spray, and sprayed them for me before I left.”

“A young lady at the mall was great with my daughter today. She was so attentive and helpful with my daughter especially since she had a bad foot. She made my daughter feel comfortable throughout the whole process. I wish I knew her name. All I remember is that she went to RCP and graduated high school in LA. Excellent service from this young lady. It’s very refreshing to be helped out by a respectful young lady.”

“I was greeted at the front door by Boston… he needs a raise! It was a busy Friday. Boston made sure that I was seen and welcomed , even though there were no sales representatives available to take care of me. I found a really good deal in the clearance section, left very happy with a great pair of running shoes.”
