Came here for a few things and was in a rush - not their fault. But everything is locked up so you need multiple people's assistance- who are all gold medalist for their skills at hide and seek and they had one register open. ?!!!

This walmart is just so run down and dirty. But the worst part is the employees are so rude and just do not care about helping anyone. Even they management just does not care. I avoid going her at all costs.

What a disgusting, massive store you've got there, Walmart. They still don't take apple/android pay. Based on the normal clitlentel attracted to these miserable hell holes it's safe to assume most keep their money in their right sock or between their tiddays, so apple pay is entirely unnecessary investment. Also. Please stock your frigging shelves.

Do not shop at Walmart. I think the stigma of shopping at Walmart is real. Listen to your gut feeling and get out. I just checked and Walmart canceled my order. I called customer service and said I hate shopping at Walmart and I will never go back again because it's based on lies "says great experience" as a slogan, but this could never be a bigger lie. I will never shop here again, and I know very many people who refuse to shop here because the reputation is getting worse. Your system is not adequate and not successful in allowing your customers to purchase items that may or may not be out of stock. I said I know you're (customer service rep) not the boss. You are just enforcing policies, but you need to know those policies are a failure. This is not the first and last phone call you're gonna get about this. There's going to be many people who call concerned and confused as to why their order has been canceled. And now I checked back and the price has gone back to full price. Now I have to pay full price for something. I already paid half price for. SMH, gross

I want to thank the Customer Service desk and the greeters and door folks at Walmart. They are the nicest folks. The checkers are super nice too. I am always being helped when I ask. Some of the employees have been there 31 years and they walk you to the items you are looking for. I really feel like the team members at Walmart are the fabric of our community. I see you! I appreciate your exceptional customer service and Thank you!

Absolutely worst Walmart. Will never return. The employees all standing around talking to each other . I greeted one at the door was ignored . Filthy store but the rudeness was the worst part of all . I'll go somewhere else .

My elderly mother fell in the parking lot at Walmart. We walked inside, and I asked an associate, Geneen, if she could please call a manager, and she answered "what for?". I told her that my mom just fell, and that we needed an ice pack. She said nothing. A few minutes later, the manager arrived, and I told him my mom had fallen, and that Geneen had been rude. He stated that her response is "that's what we train them to say". No apology from either of them. He didn't ask my mom how she was, he just asked me to show him where she had fallen. I said yes, and then turned around and he was gone. It took them 5 minutes to bring an ice pack for her. I will never shop this store again! I would give it 0 stars, but the app doesn't provide that option.

Just called twice to court an item was in stock. Worked my way through the computer phone sneering proces , selected "2" to speak with a customer associate who will work to optimize my showing experience... phone rand for over a minute then disconnected me. And I called twice with the same results. Not a good experience for this would to be Walmart shopper. Pass!

there are a couple of things that I really do not like about big but department stores. One is the fact that they are so big and they make so much money it seems like they lose touch with the customer. It seems like the little guy like us who is just a customer who is actually the most important part of their business if they were being smart completely gets overlooked and they do not care about your wants or desires. It seems like they put profits over people and to me that is just not a really good business model.case and point is I bought this cell phone for my son and when I opened it up it was just completely broken. I tried to take it back to Walmart and let them know and they tried to blame it on me I just cannot believe it
