“Scott Technology Group has been servicing and repairing our machines at three different locations for our organization for 20+ years! All of the employees are always very friendly and professional. Their service and supply departments have always been efficient, reliable and knowledgeable in every aspect. I learn something new about our Savin printer every time they come to service or repair the amazing machine! As a plus, they are always willing to trouble shoot and repair other office machines that are not under their lease/contract.

“Scott is an amazing person! He is the one who printed the famous "Love is thicker than smoke" t-shirts/sweat shirts that everyone wears in Sonoma County. He then took all the profits and gave them to Redwood Credit Union. This was a lot of money that really helped a tremendous amount of people. Also, Scott is very talented. He made a beautiful sign for Bennett Valley Education Foundation. Far better than what I have seen at other locations. I also really appreciate Scott's energy. Everything he says, he does. “I was happily surprised by the efficiency and options for mailing by UPS. The customer service agent was helpful and friendly. I have been to this location on many occasions and she is calm even when the line is to the door. I imagine it will be out the door at the holidays. They have copy machines, they mail and ship via all sorts of options, they have packaging for different needs etc.My friend left her phone charger at my house and I sent it to her today. She lives 1.5 to 2 hours from us. She found me the best option via, USPS for $6.00. I will definitely return. Though, I hope there are more agents in the coming months. Maybe I was just early and they have additional help later in the day.”
