It is hard for me to step into a gym or join workout groups; I feel insecure, self conscious, and battle my inner deamons of self-esteem. I love the group classes, everyone is so nice, inclusive, motivating, and share in each others personal gains. The instructors push, encourage, and builds confidence though knowledgeable instruction of classes. After each class, I leave feeling happy and morivated. Great therapy for hard days!

Josh is my pt and he's absolutely wonderful! He listens to what you have to say, any concerns you may have, issues with injuries he's professional and personable. The whole environment at Powerfit is welcoming & has a feel good, high energy atmosphere!

I highly recommend Powerfit Personal Training! They are all so accommodating and friendly . The atmosphere is positive and refreshing. All of the trainers are highly experienced and willing to go the extra mile (hehe) to help us motivate each other to shred.. What a great local gym!

Love this gym, I was a member back in 2012 and have recently returned for the Weight Loss Challenge. The gym keeps everything well spaced (social distancing) and clean... and the trainers are amazing. Everyone who works here is super genuine, wants to help you achieve optimal health and have great energy. When I want to sleep past the alarm and skip out I’m reminded how awesome the classes are and how great I feel afterwards... so I get up and start my day with Power Fit!

Ok, so this how it all started. I was searching online for a fitness center that offered strength training in their group classes. This is how I stumbled upon Powerfit Personal Training and their P.I.T. I was curious about the program and the videos that I saw on youtube, so I set up a demo session with JL. I still remember how I walked in to be greeted by an energetic JL, who showed me around quickly and in between asked me about my fitness aspirations. It is extremely difficult to open up to someone about your weaknesses, but I mustered the courage and told him that I have never been able to do a single pushup, pull up, or workout with a barbell ever in my life. The moment he heard me he quickly took me near to a pushup stand and demonstrated how to do one, then encouraged me to try it. I went for it and before I knew the count went #1,#2,#3,#4...#10. Next was the assisted pullups with the help of bands, ten there too. Then for some support to do some bench presses. I was sold by that time on the trainer and center. After enrolling for the P.I.T my life changed for good. At P.I.T you don't just workout you get trained here. This is a fact. P.I.T transformed my mind and body. The six months that I trained there made me fitter than ever in my life. I even hit my personal best on some of the lifts. Remember I had never lifted ever in my life. All my P.I.T mates became great friends, the trainers Rob, Scott, Jerimiah, Matt, JL, Rafike & Erin are all awesome. The impact that they have made in my life is beyond imagination. I had to end my wonderful relationship with this amazing place as I had to move out of the country. But trust me when I say this, one of the reasons for me to want to come back to USA again is PowerFit. This the real deal. Look no further for your fitness needs.

I've only known workouts in the Pool since High School, so the PIT is a totally different experience. What I love about it is that there are a # of class times, and you have the benefit of being in a class with others, but there is a trainer right there, demonstrating what to do, and keeping everyone motivated. It doesn't matter that some of us are new, and others long-time veterans of Powerfit. Everyone is made to feel welcome, and most of all, challenged. Each trainer provides a different expertise. John Logan makes sure we remember to have fun. It's addictive!

Up until recently I've had a trouble relationship with health and fitness. I guess you can say I've had commitment issues when it comes to maintaining a health and fitness program. This all changed 2 years ago when I found Powerfit. The accountability of seeing a personal trainer has dramatically changed my health and wellness. I've lost at least 40 lbs (probably more due to added muscle). Our trainer Eric is awesome!!! He's coached me through diet modification, weight loss, strength training, endurance training, and stretching. My total health and wellness are the best they've ever been. I still have a long way to go but Powefit has helped me immensely on this journey!! Accountability + Empowerment = RESULTS

This is really the place to go to if you want accountability, motivation and results. I joined last year and I have gotten so much stronger. My trainer Rob Linn, is very knowledgeable of my limitations and he knows how to keep me motivated even in my bad days. The training sessions are very affordable and the gym offers a place better than a place o just work out.

This is the place! Very knowledgable, professional, clean business that is not your typical gym..thank goodness! I met the owner who went over their format and took time to explain their system. I was matched with q fantastic personal trainer Janelle. What I love most is that she didn't rush me but took time to go over my mobility training first and then a plan to add strength training. Great place!

Powerfit is like no gym I've experienced. Friendly faces, eye contact, and camaraderie! Scott Macedonio has been my trainer for nearly six months, not only does he have a critical understanding of the body, but he understands how to meet people where they're at; in terms of how my body feels each session and what motivates me. If I mention the slightest discomfort, he's able to modify the movement or introduce something else that alleviates the issue all together. He is generous with his knowledge, and doesn't take himself too seriously. I have seen dramatic changes in the functionality of my body, and I absolutely believe it is due to his direction and guidance. Thank you, Scott!

Was in a motorcycle accident in 2010, broke an arm and leg in half as well as my shoulder, incurring some nerve damage. I started my training at Powerfit in 2011 after a year of physical therapy. I was able to do mild snowboarding winter of 2012.
