Great experience with boarding my pup. I appreciated that they offered and gave me a tour when we first showed up to check out the facility. Safe environment. Staff seem experienced in dog needs and behavior. Plus heated floors in the kennels! Fancy for the price. Much appreciate this convenient option for my pup to play all day and be kept safe and secure when I’m out of town. She came home tired from so much play!

Pet Paradise in RP is great!!! I just started taking my dog there. They sent him home with a goodie bag on day 1 and pictures!! Their prices are SO reasonable! Will be doing some overnights soon!

The only reason for 1 stars instead of 0 is that the front staff is very friendly and very happy to see my dog every time we have gone in. I have been taking my dog there 6-8 times a month for 2.5 years. Today was the 4th time she came home with a bite puncture, this time with blood all over her nametag. Not one time this has happened, has a staff member noticed. My impression is that the owners are making monet hand over fist and not investing in qualified staff, improvements to the yards, or ways to look back on cameras to see what happened. the first two times I complained I was met with the equivalent of a shrug and only on the 3rd, where I demanded to speak with the owner, I was offered compensation for a vet bill. This place is run down, greedy owners who only pretend to care, and has some staff that care but don't have the training they need. at least half the time they can't even put a harness on properly (which I have trained them on!) so I can't imagine what else goes on out of the customers view. I would not recommend anyone put their dog up for daycare and ESPECIALLY not boarding here. We will be taking our money elsewhere and I suggest you do the same.

Love everything about Paradise Pet except my dog comes home smelling TERRIBLE. He smells like sour milk and needs a bath immediately. They said it's because he rolls around on the turf which is also where the dogs urinate and poop, and that they don't have a drainage system. ?
Other than that, the people are great and he's well treated.

Very convenient but their is NO air circulation in building. WREAKS of dog piss..Floors saturated with unine smell… heat makes it worse!! I feel for the employees!

I’ve taken my puppy there twice now, and she loves it! I can watch her playing on the cameras, so it’s a perk to be able to see her anytime I want.
This will be my go to doggy day care; I just purchased a 10-day package, and she’ll be going there whenever I need doggy day care. I’d definitely recommend this establishment.
