I worked with Kaity and Papillon Floral this spring when I helped a close friend plan a memorial service. Kaity and the team were easy to communicate with via email and phone. We love their design style, so we just asked them to incorporate purple flowers. The arrangement and bud vases were gorgeous! We picked up the flowers from their shop (which is the cutest storefront!) and they were so helpful loading the car and giving us care instructions. The flowers were the perfect touch to the guest tables and made the memorial feel perfectly special. Thank you, thank you!

Kaity at Papillon was so incredible to work with today. We are a florist located in Boston who was in desperate search of a quality florist to do a time sensitive same day delivery. Kaity was so helpful and enthusiastic, even sent us photos of the flowers before they went out. I truly cannot speak more highly of our experience with them and plan to send any clientele their way whenever possible! Thank you again!

The bouquet was so beautiful and the ordering process was easy. For context, I’m currently in New York but wanted to find a local florist in Santa Rosa. The website was easy to navigate and I was able to schedule a delivery later that week. I confirmed via phone that day, and they were communicative and sent me a text when the delivery person picked it up, and delivered it! Thank you so much ?

My birthday bouquet is absolutely beautiful!! It was delivered with care and had many uncommon flowers and not just carnations which many florists use as fillers. My daughter said it's the highest rated florist in Santa Rosa. Only negative was the card didn't let me know who the flowers were from.

Found Papillon Floral on Yelp when looking for a florist near my aunt. I was happy with the online order process and available selections. I ordered a sympathy arrangement. The flowers were beautiful and was delivered as promise. Would recommend this florist if you are in or out of the area.

The service was excellent! I had accidentally given an incorrect address and they called me to let me know they weren’t finding the street I gave. I was mortified but they said it was absolutely no problem! I gave them a new address and they quickly rerouted. They were so kind about the mistake. When my family member received the flowers she said they were gorgeous and sent me a photo. They in fact were stunning! Couldn’t be happier with this place!

In my decades of buying flowers this is likely the first time the actual flower arrangement looked *better* than pictured. Most importantly, my life absolutely loves them. And I originally had set them for delivery on one day but had to change it; I emailed Papillon my somewhat last minute request and they called me back saying it was no problem and they made the change. I will for sure by from them in the future, and you should too!

I came in for flowers and although they didn't have what I needed the staff was very friendly and helpful. They led me to another store and off I went. Entering the store they also had jewelry and the overall ambiance was very relaxing. I'm very happy that I came across this store.

Hands down leave it to the professionals. Just tell them your theam and colors and leave it to them to make your wedding/ event beautiful! Last week I got married and I couldn't be more happy with all my beautiful flowers.

I'm from Las Vegas and was shopping around in the area for floral arrangements for an special occasion. I didn't have the best of luck visiting and calling around to other places. I found this place while at lunch and wasn't disappointed at all. Was greeted upon walking in and professionalism was top tier due to my last minute order. The arrangement was absolutely spot on perfect and was adored. I will definitely be utilizing them again when ever in town.

I’ve been using this florist for years because of their consistency and attention to little details. Just sent another bouquet to my aunt and she texted, “I just love their arrangements, they’re so intricate. There’s a beautiful salmon colored flower tucked right in center, a nice little surprise ” which felt perfect to use as my review.
